  Quiet and friendly with an amazing breakfast

  The hotel exterior is quite an appealing but the interior is well appointed and clean, great modern decor and comfortable rooms and bedding. What set it apart for me was the availability of many bicycles that allowed me to tour the entire city, the smiling and friendly staff at the reception and the abundant buffet breakfast with many local specialties. Very good price as well.

  Amazing view and friendly welcome...

  Stayed in this hotel for the weekend in July while exploring Yilan County. The hotel lobby is well designed with a modern feeling and a library with old books that is very homely. The room was big, comfortable, nice bed and rain shower. The best of all was the awesome view looking over the city and mountains. All the staff had a nice, were attentive and friendly.

  A good standard hotel for this area

  We didn't expect much from a 4* hotel in this area but we were pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of staff and their friendly service. Our room was clean room, so was the bathroom & wifi was available throughout the hotel. Their buffet breakfast could be a bit more international, or at least provide basic cereals and brown/multigrain breads.

  A pleasant hotel in Yi-lan

  This hotel is simple and a little rustic. The room is big with not much amenities. But the bathroom is renovated wuth standing shower in a tub. Breakfast is a big decent spread of western and chinese. Nice local seasonal fruits being served.

  A great hotel for family travel, excellent location

  We stayed in a suite at the hotel , hotel lobby was renovated 3yrs ago to a library style. The rooms are not as new but rather clean and well maintained. The hotel is located right next to the Luodong stadium park, feel free to hire the bike( some equipped with kids seats) and ask for fish food to feed the fish in the park ( bike hiring and fish food are both complimentary upon request). Within 5mins ride, you will arrive the park and kids love it and its a good way to browse the park. We were there to participate the annual Yilan international childrens folklore & folkgame festival, hotel offers free shuttle to the event and to the National traditional art center by request which saved us a lot of hassle since we traveled with public transportation. Staff at the counter are so helpful and welcoming, among them Beck and Angus helped us a lot with transportation and information needed. I will recommended this hotel to family travelers and if you happen to stay in the hotel, please say hi to Beck for me! Beck
