  Great place for the price!

  Great location in Immenstaad. Slightly up the hill for a great view of the lake and town. Great breakfast with eggs: sunny-side up and scrambled. Scrambled eggs have no fillers or thinners, so they taste great. Great quality bacon and fully cooked. Also had sausages. Then the typical German breakfast stuff. Many things to add to yogurt, including fresh and dried fruits. Their best is their homemade jams. I think they have at least 15 different kinds to try. Lots of different types of bread to go with it. Afterwards, make sure to buy some of their homemade alcohol: pear and mirabellan brandy, apple liquor, and their 10T30 oil can looking nut liquor. Any of their homemade liquors are far better than anything from any store. If you want something to drink after breakfast, help yourself in the same area. They have an honor system to add to a card for your room. At only 1 Euro per latte or tea, it's a bargain. Only drawbacks: - Bed: Memory foam, but a very hard/rigid one. - Small TV with only 2 or 3 German channels. - Tiny shower area next to the toilet.

  Quaint Gausthouse

  This is ideal for using as a base for discovering the area around lake constance. No air conditioning available and if your room is at the top it does get very hot all day around. A good selection for breakfast. The staff are very helpful and polite.

  A perfect spot to explore Lake Constance

  Very comfortable family owned b&b. Friendly, helpful staff and owner. Comfortable bedrooms. Extensive breakfast buffet. Ample parking. Easy walk to boat departures, public transport and shops. Main building has an elevator and some mountain view from the top floor balconys. Guesthouse next door is much smaller and has a fair number of stairs. Some rooms have been modernized but as with most European b&bs do not expect air conditioning.

  One of the best in the area

  Very nice place. A bit far from the lake, but still at a walking distance. Staff is very friendly and will do everything to find a solution for any problem that might occur. Sizes of rooms are different, but generally they are big and usually comfortable and clean. Breakfast is really great... Wifi connection is good. In (at least) one of the rooms, you have a 3D TV in a nice private living room. Parking has never been a problem, even when the hotel is full.

  Love Landhaus Mueller

  The staff at the Landhaus Mueller is excellent! The location is in walking distance to lake Constance and downtown Immenstaad. The breakfast is amazing and the locally made jams and schnaaps (at Landhaus Mueller) are absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Immenstaad or lake Constance area.
