  Never disappoints

  Not our first visit , and won't be our last. We stayed 2 nights. Rooms are spotless and comfy. Food in restaurant is good. Beer is great. Staff are charming. I only wish it did not always rain when we have been there as the have a great beer garden.

  Fantastic Experience

  Ok, where do I start. The family were traveling to visit our daughter based near Paderborn, so I thought that I'd check out the area on Tripadvisor. We had stayed at another hotel when we visited last year but we had flown and used public transport, this time we were bringing the car. We decided to stay at Alt-Enginger Muhle because not only was it rated the best hotel in Paderborn but the reviews were all saying how good the hotel was. All the reviews were right. Our room was huge, immaculate and had it's own balcony. The food in the evening tasted fantastic and they filled the plates. Breakfast in the morning at only 5 euros was superb, eat as much as you want and included bacon and eggs. The staff were friendly, spoke very good English and extremely helpful. The hotel itself looks quite quaint inside and out and is just far enough from Paderborn with a decent bus service. Parking was free as was the wifi. All in all the stay at this hotel was great, I can't say more only that we will be back next April and will also bring our dog next time.

  Always excellent

  Forth visit , always good value. Warm comfy , clean rooms, good breakfast, great bar and restaurant . Also they still have very pretty barmaids ! Very attractive beer garden which, in summer, must be wonderful. However when we visit it's either raining or freezing cold !! Paulaner beer is excellent. We would definitely use this hotel again.

  Another comfortable stay

  This is our 4th stay here whilst visiting our son who's based near by. As always the welcome is friendly, the food traditional and tasty and the breakfast great value being fresh and plentiful. The rooms are warm and comfortable.

  El restaurante es totalmente tradicional aleman

  Sitio peculiar, tradicional, familiar, acogedor y con un buen ambiente. Ya estuviemos anteriormente hace tres a;os en el restaurante y sigue igual del calidad de produzco y cocina buenisima. Tienen unos caracoles con salsa holandesa buenisimos, y la cerveza, logicamente es muy bueno. Volveremos a disfrutar del campo y de esa comida familiar.
