DON'T BOOK, worst stay everThe room was dirty as nobody have cleaned in weeks, the trash has garbage from the last guest, the bed had no sheets, I had to ask for them and changed by myself, we even didn't take a shower because everything was extremely dirty.

Avoid at all costsUpon arriving to the hotel we could see the hygiene was going to be an issue. The receptionist took us to our room through a corridor of abandoned rooms, urine smell, animal defecations on the floor and piles of garbage on the sides covered by insects. Once we got to the room, we encountered a lice infested dormitory with bed bugs and small roaches. The smell around the place was very intense and hygiene was lacking in every corner. It seemed like the hotel was abandoned. We explained the situation to the recepcionist and the only response we had was you wish to leave?. We paid almost £40 pounds for a premier room. Be aware of the false advertisement that multiple websites are giving with this hotel. We were very confused and horrified since the adverts and the pictures were very far from reality. The price is excesive and future guests must be aware of the health and safety risks they will go through if they stay in this hotel.... from severe skin infections to a list of unfavourable diseases. We run away from this hotel and looked for new accommodation. Avoid even if this is the last place on earth where you could stay.

Dirty - Everywhere. Never again.. (2016)I booked a night at this hotel via reviews and photos displayed on booking . com Once I got there I knew I'd made a mistake the second I got to their reception as it was nothing like the photos. The walk to the room was up dirty corridors. The room itself hadnt been cleaned in a 'looong' time - dirty walls, dirty windows dirty shower and dont even mention what I found on the toilet seat.. I was out the front of the hotel when a taxi turned up. Asked him to wait 10 minutes, ran and packed my bag and he dropped me off at the Waterfront Hotel... This is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever set eyes on....

Quality is very poorI have stayed here since March 6, 2019, for a period of almost 6 weeks. GOOD: The room quality is average in a studio with kitchen. The pots are below quality, much scratched frying pans but plates glasses are nice condition. I do not pay for housekeeping, so I clean room myself, not a problem. Bed, couch is good condition. The air conditioning works very well. Room fridge, gas stove works well. BAD: There is no cable TV, only an over the air digital channels, 10 channels, all are in Tagalog. 1 sports channel is english with mostly local sports. no international news programming. The wifi does not work, even in the lobby area! There are no phones in the room for desk service or making calls. During the day there is much construction in refurbishing vacant rooms. Most of the units are bought by private owners, many places are vacant without exterior windows. In addition there is chemical paint type smells that is 6 days a week. I complained about the paint type smells, the staff here says nothing they can do about it. The main pool has been unclean, cloudy so much you can't see thru the water. The staff will not hire qualified personnel to clean pool. The chairs to lay on by the pool, are dirty, moldy, and also the staff will not hire qualified personnel to clean it. I include photos to prove this. There are many restaurants 10 minute walk on narrow street with many trikes, mororbikes, cars, that you must watch to avoid being run over, no sidewalks, to 2 mini malls that has nice restaurants. Costs for an average meal is under $10..U.S., not including beer or wine. I will not stay in this location again for reasons listed above, The management does not seem to care to solve problems listed, I have complained each week, and all problems listed above still exist after 5 weeks.

No, no, no!We booked this hotel for my family of 5. We were flying in early morning and then flew out in the early afternoon. We only wanted a place where we could lay our heads for a few hours and then take a shower. This place did not even qualify for a simple place like we wanted. First off, the hotel is a building hidden behind another apartment complex. It cannot be seen from the road, nor can a taxi drop you off at the front desk. You have to walk through the apartment complex where you come upon a foyer that hasn't seen a mop in year. The lights are all off. There is a bar/restaurant off to the side that probably never sees a customer. Once I found the front desk, there was no one to check us in. I knocked on the desk and a guy came from down the hall. At first I thought he was the maintenance man since his shirt was heavily stained and the armpits were ripped out. But it ended up he was also the front desk clerk. When I said I had an reservation, he said he didn't have any reservations. I said I had reserved a 2-bedroom to which he said he only had 1-bedroom suites available. After a bit of fumbling with is ancient text-only phone, he found my reservation. Leaving my family at the front desk, I went with him to the 6th floor to look at the 2-bedroom loft. The room was dark, smelled musty, as if the A/C had not been ran in a long time. The first thing he did in the room was run the garbage disposal for several minutes. I think this was to help get rid of any odors that may have been coming from it. I looked in the two bathrooms to find a total of 2 very worn bath towels. In the loft bedroom I ran into a cobweb. I smelled the sheets and could not come up with any scent of a recent washing. Overall, the room looked like it had not been occupied in quite some time and had not been refreshed during that vacancy. We choose to walk out of this place and find another hotel on our own. If the property was given one stars I would have understood. Or if it was priced as a backpacker place around $20-30, that would have made sense. But it was no where near the price or star rating given to it. I feel the property's posting on websites is deceptive to potential guests.
