  Nice & Comfort Hotel (nearby Taipei Main Station)

  A good choice to stay if one wishes to stay nearby Taipei Main Station. Ningxia night market is about 10 minutes walk away, and a Family Mart is just diagonally opposite the hotel. Surrounding the hotel are some wholesale shops, so relatively quiet at night, which is a plus point for those who wants a quiet night to sleep in. The room is quite spacious in my opinion, as I am able to open up a 24" size luggage to pack and unpack my stuff. Another thing is my room has no window, so this could be a criteria for some to take note. The things I wish to nitpick is (1) the bathroom door cannot be lock, (2) shower lotion & shampoo not provided. For point (1), not much of a concern since I stay alone, not sure for others; for point (2), may not be a problem as either one already has brought their own or can just buy from shops nearby the hotel.

  Convenient, affordable, and friendly

  The location is not too far from Taipei main station and the MRT station (5-10 minutes walk). Staff are very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable with amenities including toiletries, bath towels, slippers, tea, coffee, and bottles of water. Highly recommend if you are looking for a private room with private shower and window view.

  Layover stopover

  The room was clean and although compact we had all the space we needed. Handily it included all the toiletries we needed for our one night stay so we didn't need to unpack anything. Would stay here again for a layover or short stay.

  Great stay

  This place is a nice hidden gem in the heart of Taipei. Very comfortable rooms with nice bed and shower. Tea kettle in room if you wish to grab a cup to go. Fresh breakfast every day was awesome with nice coffee and different types of food to try. 5 minute walk to main station and airport MRT. Ningxia night market right around corner. Loved our 6 night stay last week and will consider them for future stays. Thank You.

  A Good One-Night Stay

  I chose Lan Ting Business Hotel because of its close proximity to the Taipei Main Station. The ladies at the reception were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and it was reasonably good (buffet style -Taiwanese porridge with a variety of food to go with). Different types of bread and fruits were also provided. The single room I stayed in was very small but the bed was big. Not much space to move around, esp. when you had to place your luggage bag on the floor. The room and bathroom were reasonably clean. It is O.K. if you are going to stay for one or two nights only.
