  Hotel con encanto en el centro de Vipiteno.

  Hotel rural en el centro Estuvimos alojados en una habitación tripe con bañera de hidromasaje de unos 40m2 y en media pensión con la comida excelente sobre todo la carne en un ambiente muy coqueto. Aunque estés en Italia todo el mundo habla alemán aunque con nuestro pobre ingles nos arreglamos bien, tiene wifi en las habitaciones y parking (un poco pequeño).Muy recomendable.

  Mucho mas de lo esperado

  Empresa hotelera gerenciada por una familia. Están hasta el último detalle. Todo lo que ofrecen es mucha calidad ya sea servicios como bienes materiales. Habitación muy amplia, con todo el confort, baño impecable. Desayuno muy bien provisto y alimentos de alta calidad. Menú de 1/2 pensión de calidad. Recomiendo, regresare. Nota: hay una persona que está permanentemente circulando por todo el hotel, en función de control de calidad. Creo que es el dueño, para el mis felicitaciones.

  Charming place to stay which met all expectations and more.

  Our family of four stayed for 6 nights with another family at Hotel Lamm to be near the ski fields and were not disappointed. As English speakers the language barrier was not an issue with the owner and his lovely daughters happy to converse in English. The hotel is in the heart of the beautiful main street surrounded by boutique fashion shops, bakeries, cafes and lovely local food stores. A short 10 minute stroll has you at the ski lifts at the bottom of the mountain. Our room was spacious and clean with nice linen. Breakfast was a lovely continental spread with an easily accessible second dining area for busy morning times. We ate three nights in the rear dining area where for 14, a 4 course meal plus salad bar was served. The food was ample with a variety of satisfying choices. We also tried the front restaurant and had a delicious meal there also. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Vouchers are available from reception for reduced ski equipment and toboggan hire for the fantastic 10km toboggan run. The hotel has a free relaxation centre downstairs with sauna, steam room, jet showers and relaxation water beds. It is very clean and modern with lots of extra towels. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lamm and Vipiteno, hoping to return in the near future.

  Excellent Hotel - poor WiFi

  Excellent hotel, very nice room, charming restaurant, lavish breakfast buffet (adding hot scrambled eggs would be nice), and great dinner choices with an antipasto, and pasta dish every evening. Very nice wellness center, with sauna and steam bath. However if you need a reliable and reasonably fast WiFi connection, this may be a deal breaker. The reception in the room ranged from very poor to completely unusable, even for sending and receiving email. Slightly better if you go down to the lobby (still less than 1 Mbps download). Only option at times to send/receive emails, was to walk to the bar and login in to the public Sterzing-Vipitento free WiFi. All the WiFi locations in both local ski areas were fine, with good and fast connections.

  Room with a view - on a blind wall!

  I was at Hotel Lamm for two nights - I probably got the worst room they have, with a view on a blind wall 3 meters from the window! As a consequence, there was little light in the room, and electric light was needed also during the day. The room I got also had no relation from the room I booked: I reserved a room with king bed in the annex, and I got a room in the main body, with a bed just short of a queen size... Hotel Lamm is ideally positioned in the very city center, with main entrance on the pedestrian Neustadt street, but they have also an entrance on the back, with a parking for guests. My room was OK, just smallish, the bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom was small. Breakfast was good, and staff were OK.
