  Very Beautiful Hotel in Europe

  The selection at breakfast was large with items. The room was clean and well maintained, Very clean and modern hotel with a great wellness centre. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable, The Staff were very helpful Receptionists,and other staffs, Had a lovely stay with my wife, we are from India but we love Austria to visit again, Wonderful places and peoples

  modern styled hotel nicely located at the "main road" between mountains to go hiking - interior with much wood but fresh and made of good quality; balcony available; garage available; breakfast buffet with a large amount of food to choose - quality was over average; staff was ok;

  A Factory

  The nature around St Lambrecht is beautiful for hiking and E-biking. With 200 + guests in half board , the Lambrechterhof is not very relaxing. At dinner, Some guests enjoy the all you can eat buffet and have 2 starters, A salad, 2 Soups, 2 mains and 2 Deserts. Others are cherry picking. Quality of the food is average. Even though there is a nice garden, dinner is had indoors . Tables are pre-assigned with little space for privacy.

  short one night stay on our hiking tour

  We stayed one night during our hiking tour. The hotel is part of a group of hospitalities which offer you to transport your "extra" luggage from hotel to hotel if you want to make a hiking tour around this beautiful "hiking arena". The room was clean and well maintained, clean and modern hotel with a wellness centre. The bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable, The Staff was ok, sometimes "overcharged" For a 4 star hotel it is not acceptable that we have to wait for fresh towels at the wellness centre for more than 15min at 18:00, when the centre is open till 20:00 breakfast buffet with a large amount of food to choose - quality was over average; staff was ok At dinner, the buffet is a nice idea, but unfortunately some guests boast or are cherry picking. Quality of the food is good/average but it is not possible for the staff to keep the buffet well and in appealing condition.. Dogs are very welcomed !

  very varied experience

  Our experience in this hotel was very varied with some excellent moments but also quite few disappointments. Lets start with the good side: 1) Hotel is very well placed in the middle of the small city. The lobby is very big and relaxing with a fireplace and a nice view to the mountains. Rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. Also we got bathrobes and slippers. 2) The SPA is nice although the pool is quite small for such a big hotel, however, we find some time after 20 o'clock when nobody was there and we could swim unhindered. 3) The breakfast is standard for a 4 stars hotel, nothing special but also nothing to complain. The same about the diner, offers a quite small variety but the food was good. Now coming to the bad experience: we chose the special offer with half board plus half an hour massage and a bottle of wine. At the reception we found that we will get the massage and the wine for the first day. Basically, even we would pay for 7 days packet we will get the offer for one day. This sounds rude since this offer is good for the customers when they chose one or in maximum two days. If you choose to get more days then you get a bad business, it is much cheaper to get half board. Even so it was OK for us since we got a two days package, basically we did not lose too much. Next, we try to make an appointment for our massage session. Surprise, during these days was no masseuse there and the lady at the front desk (with a very cold tone) told me that I can go for manicure or pedicure, etc. Honestly, I chose this package since had included a massage, if the hotel is not able to offer something please do not make promises next time. Finally, we went for a cheaper service and get no voucher in return. Maybe all these would not have been an issue if the front desk people were more kind and apologies for the inconvenience (and maybe get a small smile), but unfortunately we found there cold and bored people.
