Will definitely return
Such a lovely hotel, clean and tidy , quick service at the bar and great drinks. The whole hotel is Really modern and really nice hotel rooms with control panel controlled lights and air con which cooled the room really quick , the pool is clean and food served all day

Amazing time
Booked mid September for beginning of October, we knew there would be a chance of quarantine during our stay & it happened 4 days in. The hotel was very busy to start with but got much quieter as the holiday went on. Hotel is lovely, very clean and staff are very friendly. We would definitely come again.

Lovely hotel and staff and great location
Just back from a fabulous week at the Lalila Blue Suites. Hotel was in a really good location just one street from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room 402 was perfect for our stay with a balcony over looking the pool. There wasnt a lot of entertainment however the staff did ensure that there was something on day and night if you wanted it. The staff here work non stop to keep the place clean and to serve great food in the restaurant and pool / reception bar. The pool area is lovely however there is the ongoing issue with sunloungers. We found that we had to get up at 6:30 and sit on our loungers to reserve them. I could see that the staff are trying to police this by removing towels of those who put towels down and then do not use which was reassuring however the whole situation was a bit stressful. I would however still choose this hotel again because it is modern, clean and perfect for a week or two away. Marmaris was also lovely and we enjoyed a fantastic boat trip 'Big Boss' and also the 'Talk of the Town' drag show which really made our week considering the current covid situation and the bars being a bit quiet.

Lovely hotel, super modern.
Stayed here in August for 10 nights, as a family of 4. We loved our stay, really friendly reception staff and the bar/restaurant staff are very friendly too. Bingo was also very fun and Jack, the entertainer was very friendly and funny. The hotel is also near to lots of shops and restaurants on the sea front. The room is very modern and you can control the lighting by smart buttons, very modern bathroom and comfy beds. We were on the 2nd to top floor and WiFi was fast. The pool area is nice too, sun loungers are comfy and the food by the snack bar is good, pizza, chips, chicken nuggets, wraps, pasta e.t.c. Ice creams served at 3pm by the snack bar every day. Everywhere is always clean and tidy. I would definitely return to this hotel! Thank you La Lila Blue Suites. !

Wont issue refunds
Do not go paying for extras from this hotel. I wanted to surprise my partner with chocolates and champagne on arrival. However, unfortunately due to COVID the holiday got cancelled by TUI. I then contacted the hotel and asked for a refund £80. To then be told I can (27th April). I still havent received my refund. Ive contacted them several times to be told wait a few more days. Now Im being ignored on WhatsApp by the hotel.
