It served a purposeWe stayed at this hotel as part of a Legers coach tour of Italy. As I had already read this hotel is going through a refurbishment. When we entered our room we were surprised to see a kettle and fridge. Im assuming it was one of the refurbished rooms as it had air con. We didnt have access to a balcony but there was one outside with a table and chairs by our window for the room next door to use! I then realised our window was broken. it opened into our room but wouldnt close or lock. After a while we were given another room. This was immediatley above our room. again no balcony but on inspection it had one of the smallest en suites i have ever seen. It was only as wide as the door frame. it was so small there wasnt any hanging space or any shelves or cupboards! My husband actually had problems using the toilet and ended up using the disabled facilities! there was no air con and the furniture was pretty basic. We should have asked for a bigger room but by now we just wanted something to eat and to go to sleep. it was a shame as our origional room was so much better. The food was good. We had use of a lovely dining room and it was a nice touch getting a welcome drink. The service was good. the breakfast was also good, no hot food or cold meat but that didnt bother us. one of our group used the hot tub and roof terrace and said it was lovely. it was easy to walk into the town at night but i think the hotel could have had better lights at the end of the drive as it is off of the main road. .

Comfortable StayWe stayed in this hotel as part of a coach tour package. It was clean and comfortable and appeared to be in the process of some modernisation. Our bathroom appeared relatively new. The bedroom was very small but as we were only sleeping in the room we managed but had to keep some belongings on the floor for lack of storage. Only three hangers in the small wardrobe and one small chair. No kettle as advised and the safe did not work, it was also not fixed to a surface so could be picked up and removed from the room. The staff were always very pleasant, the manager clearly works very hard and was always eager to please making sure we had dinner despite our coach arriving three plus hours late. The breakfast was acceptable. The dinner menu was somewhat limited so ate out all but one evening. For the money paid it was definitely acceptable. I do believe this has the potential to become a great little hotel but as with all these things it does take time. I do wish them every success.

Unfriendly. RacistsBreakfast room is guarded by waiters who prohibit British people. Two adjoining rooms are set up. One, lavish for ITALIANS only. The other for second rate brits! They actually take food off you if you go in by mistake and usher you out into the plain bare room. Disgrace to Italy

Only good thing was the bedWe stayed in this hotel as part of a Leger Holiday tour. Having picked up our key and remote control for the tv we made our way up in the lift to our room, opening our room door our expectations went down fast. 1. Not enough room to open the wardrobe door to close to the bed. 2.Glass bedside shelves as soon as anything was put on them it fell on the floor. 3. Only draw space was under the 2 desks. 4. Bathroom toilet roll holder broken and hanging off the wall. 5. Bath was in need of re-enamelling I certainly would not have a bath in it.......Food for breakfast was basic compared to a room next door which was set up for the Italian visitors not a very good advert.
