  Great stay with my husband for valentines !

  We went to Gimli for Saturday night to celebrate valentines. They allowed us to check in early, they upgraded our room, they were so welcoming. We got to enjoy lunch and dinner in the restaurant which was so great, since they just opened up dining in again. Great stay. Will be back!

  Beautiful Hotel and views

  Love the beach and the view, the fish in the restaurant is amazing and would recommend the restaurant for dinner anytime. If your looking for a beautiful hotel and a good price I highly recommend Lakeview.

  Clean and Great Location

  Clean rooms and ideal location right on Lake Winnipeg. There's no housekeeping because of Covid which just means that you have to go down to the front desk to get coffee and toilet paper, but that's no big deal.

  weekend getaway

  Covid made for some restrictions in the hotel but everything was handled great. Never felt insecure about covid. Masks were wore by all staff and guests, and hand sanitizer throughout the facility. The staff was very friendly. There was no housekeeping due to covid, which was fine, the front desk helped out with what we needed. The room was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant was set up to keep people apart. The restaurant staff was very friendly. Our room had a nice view of the lake. The only off thing was some promo leaflets left in the room that didn't count because of covid. They should be removed from the room if they can't be used.

  Operation

  We feel that the total operation is well looked after, just some minor repairs in room would have made are stay more memorable. The location is great and has great potential. To bad we all are living in a time with COVID-19.
