  Hermoso lugar. Hermoso Hotel

  Viajé por trabajo y estoy alojado en el Hotel en este momento. Lo único que puedo opinar es que el lugar es de sueños. la habitación amplia y hermosa. no se si son todas iguales pero en la que estoy (217) es así. además están equipadas con kitchenette con microondas y heladera, vajilla, cubiertos, etc. cuentan con piscina abierta, piscina cerrada, hidromasajes, mini gimnasio y un desayunador con excelente vista al lago Chelan. El personal muy amable y servicial y la limpieza excelente en todo sentido; ya sea en habitaciones como en sus hermosos jardines. además cuentan con estacionamiento amplio. el centro de Chelan está a 5 minutos en auto. sumado a todo esto el plus de estar a 40 metros del lago el cual está habilitado para bañistas y donde se pueden encontrar alquileres de botes, kayacs, jet sky, etc. tambien a un par de minutos del hotel hay un parque acuatico para visitar. en fin. muy recomendable para veranear

  Nice view of lake

  The rooms are well-appointed and almost all have a nice view to the lake. Unfortunately where our room was located on the second floor, the spotlight shining down toward to pool actually shown directly into our room, so we had to make sure the curtains were tightly shut and even with that, there was light leak at night. The grab and go breakfast was adequate.

  Sizable suite - and lovely access to lake, park, and pool!

  Friendly, clean, comfy beds and so many pillows, nice amenities of kitchen, free parking, Keurig, and dog friendly. RIGHT ON LAKE! It ended up snowing on the random October weekend (where we thought we'd hit the last hold out of summer - ha!) but it was easy to stay comfortable in the room - the location was terrific and their care for the challenges of COVID were clear. No golfing as planned - but hiked in the snowy hills with our dog - and the views never disappoint. We will be back!

  Unsafe covid practice

  We had no issue with the room, however we felt uncomfortable and unsafe checking in at the front desk. Although there were signs about asking guests to wear mask and social distancing, the lady at the front desk was not wearing a mask.

  Meh could of been better...

  I had requested a pool side room not realizing that meant the outdoor pool that obviously is closed in January. My fault and Not a big deal but I do think they should change the advertising on the room types during the winter months. The pool area as a boarded off construction area and a broken wall that doesnt appear to be actively being fixed. They have big cloth covers on the lounge style chairs that obviously do not get cleaned and ya know COVID and all. They should be removed and disposed of judging by how old and dirty they look. The pool area is not cleaned at night as we arrived to swim in the am before check out and peoples broken google, wet socks, shirts and hair ties where scattered on the floor. All of which was present in the same locations the evening before when we left the pool. The rooms are typical hotel rooms. My biggest complaint was how loud it was. We couldnt even hear our TV in the room because we had disrespectful neighbors. One set of neighbors was playing loud music and the neighbors directly above us allowed their children to jump and scream and run. This continued after 10pm even though I complained to the front desk. The noise started back up in the morning. We might give the hotel another try in the summer but its a almost 4 hour drive for us so unlikely when their are so many better areas in the same driving distance for us. Its unfortunate that this hotel isnt taken better care of as it has a prime location and so much potential.
