  Not worth the money

  Poor rooms, booked a deluxe room but was very standard room, poor menu at resturant, staff were ok but not speak English which I could live with, golf course was good and good price, nice pool but it gets invaded by local teenagers about 8pm who spoil relaxing time and splash water over you while trying to eat good, staff just look on and do nothing about it, long way from kanchaburi centre, about 30/40 mins away, would not stay here again

  absolute rubbish

  Booked this hotel online and it said city centre-well it was 50kms away from the city centre and not near anything at all. when i checked in the staff were rude and unhelpful.the room i booked was deluxe but was shown to a room with 2 singles.i asked to move but staff pushed the 2 beds together and simply placed a sheet over them.i had a business meeting in the city centre and asked for a car or at least hire bike.i was told that nothing was available and had to wait for car, i waited 45 mins and finally a open backed truck taxi appeared to take me. the 3 girls behind reception were more interested in their phones and laughing at me behind the glass partition.the 3 of them were very rude and unhelpful.i would never stay there again and would advise anyone against staying at this place.there are many better hotels closer to kanchanaburi that are better value for money with friendly helpful staff.

  Well... There are potentially a Lots to improve...

  We stayed here for a few days just for visiting Kanchanaburi... The hotel is very nice setting, Golf club, Green, lake view Room is very nice Quality of sleep was great it's totally peaceful and quiet I love the various of Birds chirping in the morning very very nice.... Hotel is very isolated, and not easy to go to the city as well as the other city.. I have to drive about 30 km to get the Restaurant for dinner! We found it's very very slow Service during check in... Took us more than 15 mins (not included before queue) I think the system not very well organized Staff seem very busy but do nothing Breakfast.... Was very simple not much to choose from... But that's ok... We have so many place to eat in the city.... I suggest better find something outside even it's far but worth to try (only if you like authentic Thai foods) Overall staff is helpful... Everything is fine... Only would like them to improve some Service....
