  Excelente hotel y servicio impecable

  Nos gustó mucho el hotel y la situación es inmejorable, justo delante del lago Kawaguchiko. Pero lo que más nos sorprendió es el trato humano de Hiro y su hermano, con un inglés excelente y un trato impecable. Una mención especial al chófer que nos vino a recoger a la estación, no sabía inglés pero nos entendimos perfectamente por su buena actitud. 100% recomendable!

  My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. I drove the car there. unfortunately, it was snowing and my car did not equipped snow tire. my car stuck at the road. No one help. I called the staff and they immediately help us to removed the car and bought us to safe place. They are very helpful and nice. Thanks

  Nice location friendly staffs

  A nice location hotel just 5 minutes walk from the lake front. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We have a room with the garden facing the Fuji mountain which is very nice view. We will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

  Best service I've received in Japan for a unique nature experience.

  Location: 5 minutes from the lake shore and a fantastic viewpoint for mount Fuji. You can rent a bike (250 yen) and tour the lake shore or go to the nearest family mart / restaurants. Service: They would go above and beyond for you, and always with a smile. Seriusly, this is the best service we got in our 3 weeks in Japan, and the average Japanese service is like 4 levels above the average service in Europe and the US. They also provide a shuttle from Kawaguchico station. Cleanliness: The cabin shows its age, in its own charming way. Room: The vila's are big. One floor holds the living room, kitchen and the shower (with a private Onsen), the second floor has 2 beds and a tatami floor. The beds weren't so comfy, if there was a king bed it would have been a 11/10 stay. WIFI: Good on the first floor! less on the second.

  Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

  The spacious cottage with own hot tub, porch and yard. Well heated living room with gigantic TV and functional kitchen (hiro will even provide japanese spices and condiments). Most of all, the extremely insane uninterrupted view of Mt. Fuji just outside the cottage and Lake Kawaguchiko is literally across the street!
