  Good for Weekend Parties

  We had a college reunion here and stayed for a night. Rooms are spacious, clean but are not very well maintained. You can enjoy a weekend here for a day to enjoy the swimming pool. As it's within the city limits you can visit here once to experience for yourself.

  Good property sans maintainance

  We were two families went for a weekend, initially we thought of taking duplex but declined after seeing it, duplex staircase had no handrail which was unsafe for our 6yr old and rooms were also damp, we took 3 dbl rooms. Rooms were quite spacious and well lit however curtains were all torn, no housekeeping done on second day of stay, we were even told that there would be no mineral water given with the rooms on the second day of stay. We have stayed in many hotels all of them give 2 bottles of packaged drinking water everyday. However food at the restaurants pocher and aryahi were very good. Although restaurants are located far and one needs a vehicle to go there.

  Terrible hotel, Dirty shabby , Poor attitude, feeling cheated

  Saw a lucrative offer and booked a room for a night. Don't be taken away by the images on net. On reaching the hotel, came to know that the room is in an apartment. Dirty rooms,torn curtains,paints peeling off, foul smell, shabby sofas, blanket with holes, water given in used disposable bottles,broken eye hole,and you name all negatives and they have it. Went for lunch to one of their restaurant, food is pathetic. When the server was informed, he just smiled and no further reaction. Just wanted from spend sometime in the pool, the pool attendant didn't allow us in as we refused to buy their swim costume-why should I as we had shorts and t-shirts that were 100% polyester. Approached their admin officer-Mr.Mir and he also said that the attendant's decision was final.. Then met Mr.Debjeet(Thier club manager who was adamant and said that we need to buy their costumes but exactly was not clear why! If someone is not comfortable in their costumes, what does one do??? The attitude of staff is like that of a government Dharamsala and I don't understand if they really don't want to help guests or don't have either authority..

  Yuck....Dirty toilets, run down rooms, mosquito infestation,stagnating pool

  I had the misfortune of attending a wedding ceremony over here in November 2019. The place is infested with mosquitoes and bugs, the pool has a visible layer of insects floating on top. The common urinals are arguably the worst I have ever seen. The run down dirty rooms are hosted in a dilapidated building like a haunted building with a swarm of mosquitoes waiting to greet you in the elevator. The rooms are huge but dirty without towels. The property is huge and is designed well but in its current state of disrepair, it is not fit for conducting hospitality business. The municipality should force these guys to drain the swimming pool if they cannot filter the water. Pictures of the toilets have been attached for your reference.

  premium Property in Kona express Way

  This is Good Property, Known as Lake Land Country Club, also Panchawati and Fortune Hotels Owned by ITC Hotel. well maintained... Food is Awesome...this is next to santragachi railway station. on kona expressway. they usually gives on wedding also and always there are parties happening.
