  No better place to stay!!!

  I have been staying at the Lake jindabyne hotel for over 15yrs and it is just the "BEST" It has had a few minor changes over that time, but nothing major that would take away from the awesomeness of this great stay on your journey!! It ticks all the boxes for comfort, friendlyness, Gr8 food , location and most importantly "VFM" value for money!!! COVID ruined my last trip plans to stay but we will return!!! You won't regret staying here.

  Friendly, well run

  We choose to stay at Lake Jindabyne Hotel because it is a nice location overlooking the lake and close to the cafes and shops. The staff are always friendly, the motel is well-run and the rooms have always been spotlessly clean. But the best part is breakfast!

  great view of lake from large window

  definite plus was the lake views through large windows, large Tvs and good served hot breakfast in communal dining room. Our bikes got a free wash from the over-reaching sprinklers in the early morn, .. lambswool seat covers didnt appreciate but our fault for parking close to verge. Dont leave clothes on patio as they get wet too. Friendly helpful staff. Midweek summer but still busy and full

  Not up to standard

  I have seen this hotel promoted as No1 in Jindabyne. All other hotels should be up in arms in protest. Wi Fi almost non existent. Painfully slow and cuts out with the message, too long to load. Washbasin in the room, and the toilet almost as small as an aeroplane. Good location with nice view of the lake. The light switch on door frame in the bathroom was removed some time in the past and the hold filled with wood filler. No attempt to cover with a coat of paint. No drama but does show a dont care attitude. Bath mat can only be placed on floor when the door is closed because of space restrictions The draw in the desk can not be closed unless wedged shut. Otherwise it just rolls open. Nor does the door on the fridge cupboard close. It was nice that there were lots of power sockets. Breakfasts were very nice and plentiful and location was good, right on the water front. Sitting on the grass outside the room and watching the water skiers was great.

  Spectacular lake views

  Perfect location on the spectacular Jindabyne lake for a girls getaway. After dinner on the balcony over looking the lake we sat out on the lawn and watched the sun go down over the water. Perfect location, great walking track beside the hotel around the lake ... loved our stay and will definitely stay again.
