  Central Hotel

  Stayed one night, my husband playing golf the following day. Nice clean reception area, friendly efficient staff. Room, small but clean, unfortunately room 31 has no view. Short walk to the beach/sea/surfing. Dinner menu in Hotel lacked local imagination (ie very little fish) I had the fish/chips and chowder - no plaice/sole/trout etc etc... Room walls must have been thin, as could hear what was going on in room next door ie someone had a shower at 5am!! Breakfast was delicious and staff lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel, but would like to see more of an effort put into dinner menu - otherwise eat out!

  Excellent location

  Stayed here for 2 nights party of 5 had 2bedroom suite. Rooms very spacious & comfortable & clean . The kitchenette & sitting area was very spacious. Close to beach & town & ideal for travelling to local attractions like cliffs of Moher or doolin to get ferry to aran islands. Food at hotel is very good & reasonable

  A friendly place

  We had our first visit recently. Had booked for three days but as the weather was so good stayed for two more Room was grand. Clean and comfortable Staff were very helpful and friendly Pool was good. A little disappointed with menu but this seems to be the overall situation with lahinch which is basically 1970 s menus. Pizza fish and chips with very little fresh fish and frys with most things Also very few coffee shops The hotel had a good Covid-19 approach but it was still getting that part right Put out notice for fresh towels with son toiletries and tea bags and milk Nothing first day. Two reminders the next Third day another and some towels turned up. Wet towels left inside door remained and no supplys That aside we will consider going again

  Top Class Staff at Leisure Centre

  John at your Leisure Centre is the ultimate in efficiency, customer relations and good humour with young and old..,unique. Very willing to field all questions and a word for everybody entering. Very Professional. Assistant Szymon also very helpful and customer friendly.

  Excellent location the town and convenient for the Cliffs, Doolin etc. Hotel room was average size and was clean apart from some 'body fluids' found on the side of the bed which in fairness was dealt with without delay. We didn't eat in the hotel but we used the bar. The only drawback was it closed at 11:30 which was due to Covid but had no night porter available if you wanted a late drink. Breakfast the next morning was an absolute disgrace. Hot buffet, but everything had been cooked and left for an age and was dried out completely. At 15 EURO each it wasn't cheap either. I'd strongly recommend having breakfast out somewhere else.
