  Amazing service and accommodation

  Although a lot of people when we got to the front desk. Check in was quick. The best part was that they complimentary upgraded us to suite deluxe room. Room was so big for two of us. And it was clean and I felt like it was totally fresh air in the room. We were here for outdoor concerts right behind the hotel so it was perfect location. Breakfast was yummy as well. I would totally stay here again even if we are not upgrading next time.

  review of POOL and GYM ONLY

  I didn't stay here but we paid to use the gym and the hotel. The hotel lobby area looked very beautiful and it was obviously a very popular hotel. The indoor pool looked nice. The outdoor pool was very large, but it was pretty dirty and kinda slimy. The changing room also had a lot of mold on the ceiling and seemed unsanitary. The gym was a joke! it is very tiny and has 4 very very old machines. There is one treadmill and one non-electronic bike. I don't think this hotel should advertise that it has fitness facilities.

  Nice hotel although rather dated

  The room was very big and spacious and had fab views of the sea. However while some of the furnishings seemed new (headboard of the beds for instance) others in the room were not so. In particular the bathroom was disappointing: the bath was a western style bath with shower curtain and there were specks of mould in the grouting of the tiles/bath and the shower curtain rail was rusty. Surprising, and not acceptable, for an expensive, luxury hotel. Beds/pillows were ok if a bit hard. Staff were all very friendly - English levels were low but they spoke enough for non-Japanese speakers to get by, and they were all very willing to help. On Sunday our room was not serviced until 6.00pm and the lady was in there when we got back in the evening so we had to head off and come back again later - this was slightly surprising that the room was only being tidied so late in the day. Breakfast was good, we got there at 9 on Saturday and Sunday and there were no queues, but I could see a long list of people who had had to put their names down earlier, as some of the reviews suggest There is a Car hire booth (I think Nippon rent-a-car ) in the lobby, we had got a (Japanese speaking) to call ahead and reserve a car which worked well - the car was there for us to pick up. It looked like you could order one there as well though, if you decide to hire one spontaneously. The girl was very nice but no English, she did have a number she could call for a translator though which was helpful. Prices seemed comparable to those around the area. The car was clean and in good working order. The hotel is a good location to go driving off to other bits of the island, as you are outside the Naha traffic bubble. Facilities seem decent - we didnt use the pools but others were and seemed to be having fun. I sat next to the outside pool for 20 mins (waiting for room service to finish!) and it was perfectly pleasant. Looks like they have an outdoor dinner bbq with live music by the pool, so might be worth checking out if that is your thing! 3 stars overall as it was a nice hotel but didnt quite hit the luxury mark, which is what it was priced at, beachside of a few off touches like the bathroom.

  Convention Center Neighborhood

  This hotel has an excellent location if you have some activities in nearby Okinawa Convention Center. Otherwise it is a goodk quality hotel with large rooms, good food and very hospitable staff. It features also a nice bar on the top floor.

  Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast

  Lovely hotel, nice big room with good view and facilities. Most amazing selection of foods at breakfast. We chose the 'english/european' breakfast rather than the japanese one and were amazied at the variety of dishes on offer. Good salad bar and excellent selection of savoury and sweet breads and pastries. Will definately stay next time we are in Okinawa.
