una semanita de relajación
El hotel es realmente hermoso. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, los colchones de primera calidad, se duerme genial. El baño también es muy grande y la ducha de lluvia muy linda. La habitación cuenta con todos los productos de baño, shampoo. crema enjuage, crema para el cuerpo, jabón, gel de ducha, cofia para el cabello, limpiador de zapatos, pantuflas, calentador de agua y te. La nevera con bebidas frías a disposición. El restaurant es muy bueno y además hay otro restaurant dónde se puede comer fuera de las horas de comida. Mi viaje fue all inclusive así que pude disfrutar de todo. El personal es muy amable pero hablan poco inglés y alemán. Los idiomas principales eran el turco y el ruso, ya que hay muchos turistas rusos. Todo muy limpio, desde las habitaciones hasta la zona de piscina. Si bien el hotel es de lujo y 5 estrellas, el precio es muy accesible. El Spa es muy lindo con sauna, baño turco y hamam. La masajista es de primera. El hotel también cuenta con un gimnasio (todo nuevo y en perfectas condiciones) y con peluqueria.

Laguna Beach Alya
We stayed at Laguna Beach Alya resort and spa hotel from the 26th September - 2nd October 2020. It was our first time in Turkey and we loved it. The food was nice. The room was cleaned daily. The only negative was one team member in the animation team (Noa) was inappropriate with my partner at times and this made us both feel uncomfortable. This is the only thing putting us off from staying at the hotel again. We cant fault anything else.

great and safe holiday
got back from great holiday on 6 /10 /20 so we are in lock down due to air corridor being removed but it was worth it. having been here before we got a great welcome. the hotel was as always very clean and was marked out for social distancing and staff wore masks in all areas.on arrival cases were sprayed before taken into hotel and rooms are cleaned daily. we would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday safe and enjoyable.special thank yous go to the chef Hayir and all kitchen staff for cooking delecious food Buse and fatith on reception lydia guest relations for the care and help to my husband after his accident, Umit our waiter and cigdem in the patissrie and Emine on the lobby bar . thank you all for a loverly holiday and will see you next year we hope

Amazing hotel and amazing staff
2nd visit to this hotel and just as good as the 1st! I did write a review once we got home however it doesnt seem to have been accepted through trip-advisor Visited during Covid and you wouldnt have known as the hotel was as spotless as our 1st visit! Upgraded to a family room and this room was amazing! 2 large rooms with a bathroom each and lovely balcony overlooking the amazing pools and sea Izzettin in the restaurant could not do enough for you! He even remembered us from last year. Always greeted us when we came in and always made sure we had drinks and a clean table and always smiley! Mustafa in the lounge bar is lovely! Always topping up drinks and even made me my own chocolaty drink as i was always drinking the amazing hot chocolate! Abdullah at the pool bar always kept you stocked up with drinks and always smiley and helpful and kept the pool area clean and tidy Noname, Noa and Lisa are the best animation team ever! Smiley and friendly but not over bearing! If you didnt want to join in they wouldnt keep asking. Always happy to have a chat and seemed genuinely interested in you! Lovely bunch of people Also a big mention for the guest service manager! Always stopped for a chat and asked how our stay was going! So friendly and really enjoys interacting with his guests. Really enjoyed our free fruit and wine in the room thank you! We hope you enjoyed your bottle of vodka Hopefully be able to return in a few years once everything is back to normal! We love this hotel and couldnt think off anywhere else we would rather stay when we visit Turkey. Stay safe everyone and we will see you again The Liverpool Gang

Good value hotel with great atmosphere
Room: Spacious, modern and cleaned well by housekeeping. Shower pressure and temperature is great. No tea or coffee facilities (you're at an all inclusive so not an issue) but there is a mini fridge which is handy. Safety deposit box is 2 a day. Pools: Pools are great and exceptionally clean. Slides are great fun and they let you go crazy (within limits obviously). If you're looking for some peace and quiet I'd recommend the lower pool where the entertainment team won't disturb you. Entertainment: Great fun. Noa and Lisa were great. Loved the 30 minute activities. The guys I found a little rude at times and often speaking to the girls in the team quite negatively. They (the manager) was very selective when and where social distancing was necessary. Please note only a one week entertainment programme so is repetitive if staying for longer like myself. Overall though, great fun Bars: Bars are decent and the staff friendly and efficient. They like to be generous with the spirit servings. Wine is awful and no proper juices (only cordial machines) but apart from that it's all good. I'd recommend taking a cold flask or something to keep your drinks cool as even in mid end September it was getting 30-34C in the middle of the day. Food: Good and decent selection with great salad bar. Desserts all seemed fairly similar and no ice cream which I found unusual. Overall though again was great
