    Great new apartment and good price.

    Spent one night here recently in a 2 bedroom apartment and really enjoyed it. The apartment seemed very new and clean, with plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen was probably bigger than mine at home, with a large sized fridge and plenty of bench space. The only downer was the windows didn't open and the sliding door had no screen. I'm a fresh-air freak, so felt a bit stuffy. Overall, a good stay though.

    Great apartment great location

    We stayed for 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment and we were very surprised with the apartment. It was very spacious, very clean,had a lovely outlook to the garden, had everything you needed (full kitchen,laundry) in a quiet location but central to everything. We had a 5 minute walk to Queens Park, if you like walking we walk to town. The mangers were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble. We would highly recommend these apartments.

    Luv Laguna

    We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which as it turns out is at a different address and actually probably a better newer building. The apartments are almost brand new, spacious and pretty well fitted out. There was a small outside courtyard area and off street parking. Easy walk to the city for shops, cafes etc. Self check in so next to no contact with any staff. All up a good place to stay.

    Style in the City

    We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in mid December 2020. I am impressed with the quality of the apartments. They are only 6 years old and have quality appliances and furniture. I love the style and red and black colouring. The apartments are right next to the Hooper Centre and there are shops galore. The apartment has a full kitchen, large fridge, washer and dryer. We would stay here again, as it has style, is conveniently located and modern. Most of all, it is spotlessly clean and it has secure off road parking. Style in the city!

    1 Bedders - The Good and Not So Good

    These are new, modern, clean and well presented units in a great, quiet walk-to-town location. Unit 1 was spacious with a nice outdoor courtyard with lovely landscaping. Booking and contact-less check in communications were first class. There didnt appear to be any extra steps taken for covid (eg sanitisation) but this seems to be the case in Queensland, generally. In terms of supplies, the unit didnt fall into the theyve thought of everything category but it certainly had the basics which were appreciated. On site parking is somewhat tight for larger vehicles and street parking is metered and limited. We and other guests had to park in the street when very large vehicles parked on site. There is no visitor parking. I would not stay in unit 1 again. Its located on the ground floor at the back of the block. The bedroom is located right next to the bin area and front door. We were awoken by inconsiderate guests emptying their bins at 10pm and going in and out of the front door as they left at 6:30am. Also we could not sleep with the air conditioning on. The air con unit appears to be located right next to the bedroom too as there is a loud noise emitted. We found the unit to be quite dark and has limited opportunity for fresh air (its pumped In apparently) as you cant realistically open the living room windows as there are no fly screens. I would think the units on the upper floor would be a better bet.
