  Disfruté mucho de mi estancia en el Hotel Laguna. Esta cerca de todo a dos pasos de la playa. Tiene piscina. Como esta al final de Hastings Street lo tienes todo a mano. Nuestra habitación daba a la laguna con puestas de sol impresionantes. Espero volver pronto!!

  Great location in Noosa

  My husband and i enjoyed 3 nights in a studio with river views over New Years Eve weekend. We found the room spacious, well equipped and extremely clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area was lovely with plenty of seating and shade as well as a beautiful bbq area. We didn't have a problem with the parking. Would definitely go back again

  ABSOLUTELY LOVELY, WILL RETURN

  Location very convenient on Hastings Street, close to the woods making it much quieter than other hotels/resorts. Close to shops, restaurants and beach access. Park the car and never need it again until you leave. Room 112 on the ground floor runs from the river thru to the pool, lovely breezes and 2 balconies to enjoy either the river or the pool. Walk out straight onto the pool deck, which has padded sunlounges, so comfortable. Pool is set between 2 block of aprts so all noise from Hasting St completely eliminated, making it very peaceful and relaxing. The Aprt was beautiful, separate bedroom with balcony looking over the river. While bathroom was small it was beautiful. Kitchen had everything I needed including a blender for smoothies and full size fridge. Aprt was clean and bright (white) and comfortable lounge, with 2 TV's. No satellite TV which would have been good. WiFi worked brilliantly, didn't cut out. Staff were extremely obliging, accommodating my request for a ground floor aprt so I didn't have to walk too many stairs. Letting me check in early as the aprt was available when I arrived early morning. Used the pool deck on my check out day which had a lovely hot shower, perfect before my trip home. Pool side facilities of a high standard. Overall, I had an extremely restful and relaxing holiday and will definately return.

  Great location and service

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We were really happy because our room was ready earlier and we got to check in before lunch time with no need to wait for 2pm. We also got an upgrade from the suite to the 1 bedroom apartment which we thought was a part of great customer service and made our holidays even more special. The owners were really nice and we were happy with the whole experience. We will definitely chose to stay here again. The river view is to die for. Thank you hotel laguna for making our first post COVID holiday great.

  Excellent location, nice stay but could be a bit better

  We stayed here for 4 nights. We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and truly the number one reason you'd come here. In the heart of Noosa and close to restaurants, bars, and the main beach. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark and mostly quiet. The air-conditioner was noisey and woke me up quite a bit when it kicked on. The silent mode on it never seemed to work no matter what. I did get used to the AC and had pretty good night sleeps. The room was clean but we did have one issue. The large pillows on the bed(the non-sleeping pillows) absolutely stunk. It was either a wet, moudly smell or really bad BO. We suspect someone might have brought them to the beach or pool then placed them back in the room. Either way, I'm surprised no one smelled them when cleaning tbe rooms. The bathroom was quite small and the nook where the toilet was is tiny. My legs were pressed against the wall and shower screen when I sat down. The rest of the room was totally fine though and spacious enough for what we needed. I think 1gb of internet per day is pretty silly in 2021. That's about 20 minutes of Netflix. It's not 2005 anymore. This definitely needs updating. Finally, the hotel doesn't have enough car spaces for all the apartments. That seems a bit odd and pretty annoying that you risk having no where to park, but thankfully we were able to find a spot each time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location. We were happy here, regardless of the few small issues we had, and we'd return again.
