  Tranquil and spacious

  I know most people would be concern about typical hotel rooms where you have bad experience with space. Not for Lagent Okinawa! Rooms are absolutely stunningly spacious, comes with a balcony facing the sea, a bathtub (yes you hear me! Its bathtub!) and traditional a Japanese shower area on one side while the other side in a separate cubicle the WC. This allows your friends who share the same room with you can use the toilet bowl in privacy while your friend is in a shower. Electrical point is two pins (non-international) socket but they provided USB power by the bed board for your convenience. A mini fridge and a small mini pantry corner for your tea/coffee brewing. Water bottle or mineral water is not provided but at your convenience vending machines with variety of drinks are easily available along the corridor. Self-service Coin-operating Laundry is available too, so as Ice dispensary for your chilled drinks. Basic toiletries are provided including tooth paste and tooth brushes, comb and shavers. Moisturizers are not provided but you can always walk to Family Mart which is just 100m away. Room generally clean and spacious unlike most Japanese hotels I stayed, you can still keep your luggage wide open while having plenty of walking space.   Perfect 10.

  Pleasantly surprised and extremely happy we chose this hotel. Our sea facing room was very spacious (yes in Japan!) for the 3 of us, extremely clean and everything works perfectly. The room comes with an electric kettle and mini fridge but you would have to pick up the complimentary tea (at least 3 options!)/ coffee sachets at the ground floor. While you're there, you'll find other amenities too. La'gent is also one of the drop-off location for the airport express bus, local bus and is near to many local restaurants, convenient stores, car rental office, beaches and the American Village. Guests are allowed to use the hotel's bicycle for up to 3 hours; free of charge and a tuk tuk buggy will shuttle you to/fro the American Village. There's even a dive center in the hotel!

  Very satisfied, exceeded my expectations

  Rooms are super clean. Spacious even it's shared room as I can open my luggage and pack things easily; common area is big; welcome ice cream served, complimentary coffee/tea, washrooms/shower rooms are excellent too. For location, it's 3 min drive to the busiest area of American village but there are still a few restaurants nearby. If you do not drive, it maybe an issue but heard there is shuttle bus to/from central area of American Village. Very value for money overall which really exceeded my expectations

  Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good location

  We stayed in Lagent Hotel for 3 nights. We traveled many locations in Japan and here was the last destination for chilling with nice weather. Hotel is on very good location. You can visit everywhere around by walk. Nice restaurants and good places for shopping in American Village. Rooms are so comfortable you can definitely feel like at home! We were checked in by Machida. It was completely smooth one! She did her best to give nice room for us! Thanks to her first impression was perfect! We really appreciated her job! During stay Cameron helped us whenever we had any question or needed anything. Thanks to him we well informed about around. Upon check out we got letter from Machida it was amazing thoughtful gesture from her side! She gave us definitely amazing souvenir and good memory about Okinawa and hotel!! Hotel is so lucky to have her!! We really thank her so much!! Only one problem we faced which was in Allys restaurant! When we wanted to have breakfast and even we had still time they didnt allow us to enter the restaurant. Which was not helpful and nice at all! I do definitely recommend this lovely hotel with lovely staff!!

  Great family hotel, super friendly staff

  Stayed here in December 2019 during a family trip. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the American Village. Rooms are clean and spacious; it was great that they have baby cribs available for my little one. There are several restaurants and café nearby which I didn't have to walk all the way the American Village for most of the time. Last but not least, the staff at the reception are very friendly which makes my experience a pleasant one.
