  Terrible

  Took a chance booking this hotel due to it being cheap and its close location to the strip. However, this was the worst decision. We Arrived at the hotel to be told that they had double booked us. When the manager finally turned up he was extremely rude and unhelpful, completely inconsiderate to our situation. He said that he knew we were double booked a few days before hand and never told our travel agent, and took no responsibility for his actions. It was 11pm (6hrs later) by the time we got another hotel sorted, wasting a day of our holiday. Under no circumstances would I consider booking this hotel unless you want the stress of having to find another hotel once you arrive.

  Laganas Dreams 2 I won't go back

  We spent three nights there and this is what we found: - we arrived at 8 to Laganas and we had to wait in the swimming pool without knowing if we would ever be recieved since there is no reception. I had previously written the owner but she didn't reply. - a friendly housekeeper arrived and she told us that our room had only two beds ( we had booked 3); she made an extra bed for us. - the extra bed was one for a kid but it was terribly uncomfortable so we asked for another one. - the sink was blocked and we had to ask for it to be fixed. - impolite and drunk young ladies came every night screaming and since it is an aparthotel no one could stop their noise. + there is a small kitchen in the room so you can eat in the terrace Laganas is the Greek version of Magaluf or Lloret; the strip is the typical place designed for British tourists looking for party; so be prepared for out of control drunk people. Not recommended for families, couples or people over 30.

  Great stay

  Have just returned from a short stay at Laganas dreams 2 with two friends. Elsa the hotel receptionist was fantastic and very helpful on arrival and throughout! Thank you for making our stay so relaxed during this strange time!

  Overall a nice experience

  We rented 2 three-bed rooms during the first days of August. The rooms were clean and well decorated with modern furniture. The owner doesn't live here so you have to call her in case a situation happens however she is very kind and willing to help. The rooms were quiet enough compared to the general environment of Laganas.

  Perfect

  everything was amazing! the location is superb near the main street with supermarkets and restaurants, very clean, the pool was lovely, and the staff really friendly!!! What else do you need to relax?
