  Espectacular

  Este lugar es uno de los mas bonitos que he estado en toda mi vida, rodeado de naturaleza y excelentes vistas al volcán. Estuvimos alojados con alimentos incluidos y resultó excelente, sin duda lo recomiendo y quisiera volver alguna vez.

  Honeymoon in Paradise

  Where do I begin.... The scenery speaks for itself, but what separated this resort from the others is the hospitality. Vienney, Leah, and Rosemary, were only a handful of humble and caring staff who were beyond accommodating. Their level of service was unmatched and would without a doubt bring us back to this resort in a heartbeat. We were visiting for our honeymoon and the staff at Ladera made every single day special for us. Whether it be suggestions of where to visit or what to eat the staff was incredibly informative. In addition, Chef Nigel prepared some of the best cuisine imaginable. Not only is all the food fresh from the island, but the level of expertise in the creation of such dishes was remarkable. Several courses of fresh breads, fruit, island-made rum, fresh fish and other livestock were provided to us with exceptional service. Our last night was so memorable as Leah went the extra mile to provide us with complimentary champagne and dessert as a thanks for staying with them during this trying time. The precautions were evident throughout our stay, but we were not kept from some of the best sites. Temperature checks were necessary before each dining experience and before any excursion which added to our level of comfort. We were able to visit the beach, the sulfur springs/mud bath, go on a sailing excursion, and many other options were available to us. Not to mention the mildly challenging hike through the rain forest on the resort which helped work up an appetite for some incredible dining. 10/10 would recommend

  The most incredible experience! JUST GO!

  For starters we will be back. This place is everything and more for couples. We had an incredible stay in Paradise Ridge #6. From the breathtaking views, hummingbirds, St Lucia Orioles, our incredible bedroom and bathroom it was perfect. We had stayed elsewhere on the island for 7 days and are so happy we included 4 nights at Ladera Resort. The Butlers Rohan, Theo and ugg :) were very attentive and even called when we were late for breakfast. Use the beach its very small but secluded. Some decent snorkeling there beyond the break wall. They do charge $20 for beach chairs but its another resorts beach. They offer a wonderful hiking trail throughout the property. The Piton platform is worth the effort as the views are incredible. Some go up to do practice Yoga but there's 2 platforms to view from. I believe someone mentioned that offer walking sticks at the head of the trail. Grab one if you think you might need it, it's worth it. We stayed in Paradise Ridge #6. I'll let the pictures do the talking but it was incredible. Views, incredible. Size of the room, incredible. Fridge was stock with whatever you choose provided you buy the all-inclusive package ($420 day/couple). We used our pool daily and it's as advertised, HEATED! The bathroom had everything we needed and the shower pressure was very good. We never had any issues with bugs in our room. Granted after a long day of playing hard, we usually never made it past 9PM. You can light the bug coils on the wall for additional security. The restaurant is very good. I can't complain about one item I had there and I had everything. The drink menu is very generous and you will need time to try them all. I can say we've have traveled the Caribbean for decades and this is as good as it gets for couples in love. We met some very cool couples and everyone was just so dang happy. (The onsite COVID testing was easy and simple and happened without disruption before our breakfast.) Enjoy this unique experience, I know we did and plan to return! Cheers!

  Unforgettable Experience!

  We stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon and it was truly the best experience! We got upgraded to a nicer suite when we booked with our travel agency and we couldnt be happier. We stayed in room U, the view was spectacular and the room was perfectly intimate. You cant see the full sunset because it is obstructed by the mountain (honestly kind of nice) but you can easily book a COVID friendly sunset cruise or eat at their restaurant Dasheene for the fuller effect. All of the staff and Butlers were truly amazing and incredibly attentive! Yvette, V, Theo, and so many more were wonderful and felt like family at the end of the trip. Anytime we went on a walk around everyone waved and asked about our day. It made an already wonderful experience even better. The food on property is delicious! The room service was always fresh and COVID friendly. The lunch and dinner on property are top notch! Our personal favorites were the roti, flatbreads, and pastas. They also do a wonderful turn down service. Dont miss out! The staff comes in and lights incense, turns down the bed, and leaves you a treat! If you like to hike they have their own trail that goes around the ridge. The plateau is a perfect picture stop but be warned it is a hike! I was initially weary of booking a place that is open to the outdoors but it is sheer perfection! I am not a camper or even a glamper but the view, experience, and people are truly unforgettable! We cant wait to return

  Wonderful stay! Excellent service.

  We booked Ladera for our anniversary trip. We stayed at the Hilltop Dream Suite. Wow, so many great things I can say about this resort and its employees. The room and the view were stunning. Seriously, I could not stop staring at the breathtaking views of the pitons from the comfort of our rooms pool. The hotel took care of us. Anything we needed, they were there to help. They even switched our rooms and upgraded us when something happened with a pipe in our room. The room itself wasnt affected but there was a loud noise coming from the roof and they insisted in switching us. The resort also did a great job of making us feel safe during covid. Overall, we loved Ladera and recommend it to everyone!
