  Standard Hotel

  Stayed 1 night while travelling south towards Chumphon. 800 baht for room and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioner however bathroom is basic. Unfortunately no balcony or view to ocean and woken early by dogs and motorbikes. Good cafes nearby but town about 5 km away.

  If you are in this area and you´re looking for a room - Ladawan Boutique Hotel offers nice and clean rooms including a little breakfast for a 800,- THB. Well maybe not the Boutique as wetsern understand it but for here nice and cozy. Plenty of space to park the car, receptionist is friendly the room is spacious and clean with aircon Just oposite the street right at the beach there is a coffee shop and restaurant - we had delicious lunch No western tourists when we have been there We have visited the national park with a little waterfall about 1 hour from the hotel

  Fantastic place in Thailand

  A wonderful place to spend your time at, a beautiful hotel and a wonderful personal. Placed right on the beach with wonderful flowers and people and close to good shopping in Bang Saphan. A great beach in walking distance.

  A pleasant stay.

  This is a basic hotel where the rooms are a little small but clean and comfortable. Facilities include flat screen TV, bar fridge and air conditioning. Tea & coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean however is in the Thai style with shower wetting the whole bathroom as there is no separate shower recess and curtain. There is ample parking and you are situated right on the beach. There is a restaurant across the road that serves basic Thai meals. At Bht 800 per night, it is good value for money.

  Not good location

  This hotel is opposite the beach but there is not much room to sit as it is not very wide. Unfortunately we had bad weather for the duration of our stay so there was very little to do unless you hired bikes. It is difficult to get a taxi or tuk tuk from this hotel so we had to pay someone at the hotel to take us to the station when leaving the hotel. The receptionists speak very little English & give you the impression that they are not interested as they are spending a long time texting on there mobiles. One even had the hotel phone off the hook obviously didn't want to be disturbed. On the last 2 days our air conditioning was leaking quite a bit of water. The maid was very good & came & mopped it up but after telling the reception it was just turned off so we were without it on the last night
