  Impressive interior

  A good 1night stay in 2 bedroom suite on 25th sep 2018. Impressive interior - tiles, bed linen, dining table etc. Not as bad as travellers reviews. Entire suite was clean. However, there are few plug points are not working. Especially the water heater. It was not working and there is no maintenance service available to retify it. No door lock for both rooms. Only 1 toilet to be shared ( not ideal though). Parking is convenience, opposite the hotel entrance with good security. Only 1 receptionist. Slow checkin & checkout.

  SoLACE beauty.

  This boutique hotel stands out in my Kg Melayu Majidee neighbourhood and never had the opportunity to check in until yesterday with my family. I booked a Lavender family suite which comes with a King and Queen bed, and a living room. No doubt the deco lives up to its name - you'll discover the rooms and toilets tile flooring had a flower motifs, and the interior furnitures complement the theme. We were served with welcome drinks and mix fruits after check in, which is nice. This hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but fret not because you can find local food stalls/restaurant within the vicinity, especially in Kg Melayu market (pasar). Go in front of the blue dome mosque as there are various choices of food stalls selling local food too. There is a swimming pool at level 4 which the younger one will enjoy it, and while you're watching them, you can take a helicopter view to surrounding village houses. One thing if I would recommend for an improvement is the front deck staff to look more professional as the first impression is very important to many people. Perhaps the management can consider to open a modern local coffee shop inside the building to make it more livelier at night. Overall experience was good and really recommend you to give a try if you like to explore the hustle and bustle of malay villages in the heart of JB city. Sincerely, Anak Kg. Melayu Majidee.

  Best ever hotel

  The hotel is very nice. neat and comfortable The price is affordable. The staffs so nice too The room and facilities also very convenient. The decoration of the room and the hotel itself shows that the owner passions.

  The interior was great, but that's about it.

  We loved the room! The decor, and the size! But for the cleanliness, thumbs down. The water is yellowish, no matter how long you keep it running. The cups on the table look like they haven't been washed in quite a long time. Also, no food / room service. We call during midnight, they said the chef went home already. We called in the afternoon, they said there's no food. Got us thinking, then the chef comes to work for what? Plus they don't seem to clean the pool area. There we're a lot of plastic bags with leftover food if previous guests when we went up. Changed our minds about swimming. Hope you can match the service with your room interior.

  Our short stay

  First of all i would like to say the interior when we first step in the room it was amazingly beautiful. Not much of a scenery but we woulnt mind it. Sadly to say once we had settle in we started noticing this thats really bad. Omg!Flooring. It feelt as if it wasnt sweep or mop for ages. Table cabinet was so dusty.its unbelievable! Bathroom area,cup was not so dirty. Its gross! When we on the tap there this very smelly scent coming out. Theres no bathrobe for guests, well we wont mind it as long as there towel. Oh yarh! We got the shock of our life when we actually call and ask for a ironboard and iron..... Seriously! Aside from that, well theres no room service.okay! So surprisingly the next day food came for us for breakfast and wow! How shock were we. Its breakfast food was as if they bought it from outside and simply put it on a nice plate and wrap the food. Food was absolutely awful.
