  Espectacular

  El servicio de lo más simpático y amable de este pueblo. El hotel muy nuevo y la habitación súper limpia y acogedora. Los precios económicos respecto a las demás ofertas. Sin duda un sitio para relajarse después de un largo viaje

  Lovely chalet hotel

  We stayed in adjoining rooms in this traditional family run hotel for a week. We had half board option which included a continental style breakfast with a big range of yoghurt, fruit, cereals and breads, as well as freshly baked croissants and pastries. Afternoon tea was also provided with a range of freshly baked cakes. A 3 course meal in the evening completed it. The chef is very good- the food was of a high quality. Wine and drinks are not included in the half board but there is a well stocked bar. The rooms were small but very comfortable (I'm yet to come across huge bedrooms in ski chalets). They had an en suite shower room. Beds were made daily and the option to have fresh towels when you want. The lounge/ bar area is lovely to relax in with a big terrace (unfortunately we were only luck once or twice with the weather to enjoy the views). There is a games room and a sauna/ fitness room situated closely together. The slopes are a 5 minute walk from the chalet. There is a boot room which can get crowded in the morning rush to ski school and the boot heaters aren't the most efficient I have come across. Other reviews mention the three dogs. They really are delightful, well behaved animals and make the chalet feel even more homely. If you want catered ski accommodation I can definitely recommend Chalet L'Accroche Coeur.

  If...

  If you love the places that Cook the kitchen always and dogs lose your hair in your tables then this is the right place surrounded by the mountains this little hotel can give you refuge during your holiday, leave a lot to desirant the quality of service and cocktails prepared by the owner of the owner (very rude) who calls himself barman but who doesn't even know what it means for the rest of it, there s a beautiful internal parking and the view is beautiful.

  Not bad but (quite) expensive

  Price around 80 Eur pp. Location and food are good, but service was beginner-level, not unfriendly but familiar. Long waiting time between the first and the last ones to get their plates. Weve also been asked to keep the same cutlery for the starter and the main course.

  Incredible hotel, fantastic staff and food

  We highly recommend this hotel and restaurant! It is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic atmosphere and an incredible view. We had the most incredible week. We celebrated our wedding here. Everything was perfect and they went out of their way to make it the best week of our lives. The staff are all lovely and helpful. They really made the trip so enjoyable and special. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the food served by the restaurant is delicious. The best fondue we have ever had! We look forward to returning for many years to come!
