sunland hotel
this hotel is disgusting there were wires hanging out everywhere round the walkways also the pool was green shut down for 5 days but had a small one open round the back where there was no room for many people also nearly every sunlounger was broken we stayed for 2 weeks in this hole water coming through into our room well i cant say anything more about this hotel i will upload pictures to this place down a dark dingy pathway that is all holes and dangerous to walk through also we ate out every single day although paying all inclusive the food was left overs from day before and disgusting the staff going in eating (nothing wrong with that) except when their putting their grubby little fingers in picking it out

Great value
A good hotel for price. We stayed on river view twin which was spotless snd comfortable. Breakfast tasty and service excellent. Jacky ( customer service manager) couldn't have been more helpful in advising us where to go and ensuring our stay as happy as possible.

Waste of money
Wen yu book holiday it shows pics of blue bay and also yu can go in sister hotel wenever bt yu cant yu have to book 2 days prior .. food was horrendous n left overs only ate salad there all week pools were scruffy deck chairs didnt work all inclusive bar was minimal only serving lager vodka rum gin and wine! Coffees were nice tho!!! Rooms were a mess we had a broken lamp wat they didnt even fix cockroaches all over very disappointing ! Although staff were friendly except receptionist told us waterpark shut at 5 n it shut at 2 staff should be more aware as this ruined our holiday

No help, damp rooms!
We have paid and booked for a 4* hotel but been put in a 1* annex about half half a mile from the main hotel across a road , staff are not willing to help apparently they are the rules, are only aloud one key per room even when there are 3 adults in one room, toilets dont flush properly and the room are damp not helpful when one of the guest has brittle asthma but management dont seem to care!

Pleasantly surprised, good vaule.
When booking the holiday the pictures we initially had were of Blue Bay so when we pulled outside we were happy until we got walked over to the Sunland and realised that was our hotel. It was a lot more dated and I was ready to go berserk but needed to sleep so went along with it. Well our room was okay and quite spacious, also leading out to the pool which was lovely. On waking we went over to the Blue Bay and it was so busy you couldn't even get a lounger and it was just very stressful and hectic. I was glad to go back to the Sunland, the pools were much less busier and you could easily get a lounger. It just had a much more relaxed atmosphere and I felt more relaxed as could keep a better eye on the kids. The restaurant and entertainment was over as Blue Bay which was only a very short walk and it was great. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the entertainment was great, especially the kids mini disco. The water park was fun too, not huge but enough to keep the kids happy. We all had a great time and felt like the Sunland was out little secret escape from the chaos of Blue Bay.
