  Safe, secure, great value, welcoming and clean

  This was an excellent choice of hotel. There was an army of personnel keeping the whole complex very clean. They have signed up with a company called EcoLab to make the whole place highly COVID secure. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially those on reception and two particular waiters - Cenap and Hassan - who looked after us like members of their own family. The food is fresh, beautifully presented and abundant in supply. It is impossible to go hungry here. The site benefits from a team of security guards that add an extra level of safety, although we felt completely safe there during our whole stay. This is a brilliant hotel. We wil be back.

  Not a 5 star Hotel

  We got transferred to this hotel after the Noxinn Deluxe hotel closed down, we spent 3 days here and it was not pleasant, but first the good points the food was ok the staff were great except very little English this is set up for Germans and Russians. After coming from the Noxinn Deluxe this was a shock the room was ok but tiles were chipped in the bathroom the rooms are very dated not 5 star at best this whole complex is 3 star everything seems to be concrete the building are very dated it reminded me of my army barracks in the 80s we tried to swim in the sea but when I went in there was a film of what looked like fuel of oil floating on the top so didn't go in sea after that, on checking out we had a problem with our transfers after trying to get the receptionist to understand our problem we were told that they couldn't phone our emergency number because it was in England this cost me 25 pounds to sort out and then we had to pay for our own taxi back to the original hotel to get our transfers.

  Fantastic week break during Covid 19 in October 2020

  Ok so it took me weeks to decide whether it was was `safe`enough for me to travel to Turkey for this trip and I have to say, I was mightily impressed! We had booked a weeks stay at an all- inclusive package at the hotel and we both thoroughly enjoyed the hotel! It was fairly clean and there were sanitisation places right across the lovely hotel and its gardens and beach! We checked in , all have to wear face masks in the Reception area. One receptionist , I think called Zeynap - short brown hair checked us in and wads really very lovely with her manner and interaction with us.. the other 2 girls, a dark long haired girl and and one blond haired girl werent particularly pleasant but on the whole, great. We had a bungalow which were great in size and had a lovely balcony but I have to say, too noisy as theres a main road that runs along the hotel and theres traffic at all times plus, exceptionally noisy corridor traffic with residents. The hotel caters to a German and Russian clientele with few English speaking staff members, having said that, I cannot fault the F&B staff members such as Cibrail and Turgei .. They were soooo hospitable and accommodating of peoples needs- they all work soo hard and deserve every penny! The gardens are kept immaculate by a lovely garden team and its a beautiful well kept site... the Coco bar is a great place to soak in the sea and pebbly beach sand but some amazing views of Alanya!.. The doctor on site a gorgeous Turkish Paramedic, AJ speaks English and was soooo compassionate and affable with us... God bless her!... There is a hair salon and parlour on site, a clothes shop and 2 great pools...deck chairs and towels are provided as well as a spa and gym... the constant plethora of food and drinks was just never ending- Well done to all staff who work in this great hotel....the security staff take a temperature each time you leave and enter the hotel , however you do need o get the bus number 1 o 2 into Alanya which is about 10 TL for each person single way.... Do deffo head out into Alanya - they have amazing cafes, bars and restaurants and of course, ample shopping! Theres a superb bazaar on Friday till late- deffo pop by.. the weather was in its constants mid 20`s but the temperature increased to about 30 one day so ensure you bring the sun tan lotion! We found a super place called Paradise Piknik which is set in the lake with traditional ! sofra`style seating...Migros is a 15 minute walk away and we made the 50 minute walk into Alanya centre from the hotel which is doable but boy we were tired! Rooms are cleaned daily, AC is provided and theres also a Washing/ Drycleaning service......we LOVED our stay here minus the rude Russian and Germans .....Deffo consider the hotel!

  Staff do not speak English

  Just returned from a weeks stay at the hotel which caters for Russians and Germans. Majority of staff do not speak english. Arrived at midnight, reception staff unhelpful. Poor wifi no english channels except bbc news. Cleaning staff miserable. Found a couple of members of staff helpful natalia and Tito. No currency exchange facilities. Be careful when booking - rooms do not have a sea view. Do not get ripped of by the taxi firm especially guy called hossan. Insist on the meter being on. Rooms are basic not deserving of 5 stars

  fine vacations at 'velvet' season

  A very pleasant hotel with a huge territory and the biggest beach I ever met in Alanya region. Our staying was very comfortable and safe (it's very important now, in 2020). Staff was very friendly and helpfull, especially guys in main restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves immensely with our vacations at Labranda Hotel. And we highly recommend this hotel! Remark - the cold stream of Dim-Cay have made our swimming in the sea a little bit extremal.
