BeautifulLovely hotel, friendly staff, beautiful views, delicious food. Downside is the rooms are very very small and our 11 year old was hanging off the small bed so we were moved to a bigger room with a better bed, free of charge. Staff initially tried to charge us for this but we argued the point. The local bars and shops were mostly shut due to end of season, there was no entertainment in the hotel also and it was pretty dismal at night but we made the best of it and would actually go back as the hotel was first class.

Do not go all inclusiveVisited at the time of corona so will mark poor instead of terrible. Staff have no interest in their guests only about 3 of them were friendly. Most receptionists hated being asked queries. Room was extremely basic, family room was an adjoined room with twin beds in one and a couch bed in the other. One rooms air con didnt work the other couldnt be switched off. Bathrooms were extremely dated with a drain smell. But the view from the sea view room was fantastic. Now the food!!! It was the same breakfast every day with watered down coffee, differing bland options for lunch and dinner with wine that tasted like watered down cider. If pork chips were served one night Hard breaded pork chops were Served the day after . When asked if there were vegetarian options at reception and in restaurant was told to just eat the school dinner veg that was served daily. We thought maybe they just cant cook? But on Thursdays it is Dalmatian night and the food was lovely which shows they clearly know its rubbish the rest of the time. It was the only hotel I have ever been to where a table was set and well presented every day for the management whilst the guests sat at sticky Formica tables. The entertainment of a night was the same songs repeated and dont get me started on the implementation of social distancing. Gradac the area was beautiful with lots of amazing places to eat so if you do need to stay at this hotel do not go all inclusive.

Wouldn't returnStayed here for a week all inclusive in the middle of October. Me and my partner had booked a Premier room.. At check in we were told these are across the street (that was fine) when We went over we were left to find the room for ourselves just being told to go up the 2nd staircase. For other people to be aware if you book a 'Premier' room there could be up to 4 flights of stairs to go up, no lift available. Was fine for us as we are capable of doing so but they didn't make us aware on booking or checking in that there was so many steps. Rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. Nice big balcony which had an amazing view. The hotel overall was decent and kept pretty clean. Due to the time of year we visited and it being out of season a lot of the hotel seemed to be shut down. We were told the beach bar was closed on check in but when walking round hotel saw another 3 bars which were also closed. Was very quiet in the day and plenty of room around the pool (downside there was constantly loads of wasps all around there) and no ques for breakfast and lunch. However for evening meal every night we were there up to 4 coach loads of people arrived meaning it was very busy. Food was horrendous, no other way to describe it. Absolutely nothing was hot, even when I watched them put fresh food out and went straight up. Poor choice for every meal and breakfast was exactly the same every day. I'm not a fussy eater but I struggled.. We ended up going out for evening meal 3 times during our stay. Which was cheap enough to do. No diet pop/drinks available on all inclusive. When we asked bar staff as my partner is diabetic they just said no and walked away, not helpful at all. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, but all of the bar staff we came across apart from one lady (didn't get her name) were plain rude, unhelpful and ignored us frequently whilst we were waiting at bar. Beautiful place to visit and would return to the area just not the hotel.
