  Very nice vacation

  Very friendly staff, very nice food. Directly at the ski lift, nice ski area. If I may criticize the bathroom is due for renewal, a walk-in shower would be nice (but that's my personal preference) A must for those who want to combine good food and a top area. We will definitely come back

  Excellent Welcoming Swiss Hotel

  Amazing week was spent at the Laaxerhof Hotel over New Year's 2019/20. Staff were the highlight, nothing was too much. They were amazing with the children (2 and 6 year olds). The food was excellent, great choice for adults and children on the half board. A la carte was available on the one occasion the children fancied something different. The wine list was immense, everything from Californian reds to South African Chardonnay's. Rooms were spotless and modern. Location was right at the bottom of the piste, linked underground to the ski hire shop and ski school. Swimming pool was large and had a lifeguard on duty at all times.

  Ticks lots of boxes!

  Excellent, roomy, clean and functional room (deluxe double) was extra comfortable with great beds. We really enjoyed the spacious balcony facing the ski lift, quiet despite the location and the hotel staff are kind and attentive. The kitchen serves very tasty dinners (we had half-pension) and staff even solicited extra orders for varieties of eggs/bacon in addition to the generous breakfast buffet - how kind. Laax is a lovely place to stay and I look forward to another holiday at the Laaxerhof!

  Good hotel right next to gondola

  The good: Excellent location, cant get any better Parking in underground garage Large rooms with good noise isolation Good breakfast Pool The things that could be better: Sauna and quiet area a bit small You have to not mind the wood smell Restaurant: Restaurant service was slow on a Saturday evening. Soups and entrecote were good, caccio e pepe I wouldnt recommend. All in all would visit again, but maybe eat elsewhere.

  Loved it

  Right in front of the bus station, lovely, well-trained staff, we would come back any time. The restaurant was fabulous too! Well worth taking a gondola (close to the hotel) to the heights for stunning views. Perfect in every way. Two sauna were always occupied, so we needed to wait quite a long time to get in.
