  ESPECTACULAR

  Fuimos a pasar el día a Kokulo, el beach club de La Vela. Ubicación e instalaciones magníficas. Buffet excelente y lo mejor de todo su Staff y sobresaliendo AOY. Nos explicó amablemente todos los platos del menú, con una atención especial a nuestra mesa. Muy recomendable

  Best hotel stay in Khao Lak, spacious rooms and great food.

  We have tried a few hotels in Khao Lak over the years however found this to be the most modern and fun for our teenage kids. Just a short drive north of Phuket and great roads. Took just under an hour from the airport. Positives Great pools, great food, good selection of restaurants, great gym, bike riding, great coffee in library and breakfast restaurant, massive standard rooms (although if you have mobility issues then be sure to choose the building that is close to the beach due to many stairs and walk ways.) Special mention to Khun Zen in the beach club for switching up the service level particular the special requests for gluten free. Chef in breakfast restaurant Spices made a normally stressful experience one that was so personalized by baking our gluten free bread in the oven and making GF pancakes for my daughter. Negatives If I was to make any negative comments it would be the beach is just OK, sand is not so white compared to Phuket but they have lots of beanbags to make it a nice experience. Nice to take a walk on as not too step and easy enough to swim in just not crystal clear. On arrival having booked 2 rooms, I felt whilst staff Khun Vanny was very professional, not a lot of effort made to get us into a room earlier or on check out stay a bit later. The hotel was not empty but on departure there was only 3 other tables at lunch. Options to have a shower after a day on the beach were available so was not a big deal but also lovely option if you have a later flight. Lighting in the room to navigate required some working out same for air con, but all worked fine once you work out. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, staff Covid vigilant and found all guests wore masks. It is an instagrammer's dream place for photo opportunities.

  Beautiful Hotel

  My wife and I stayed here during the initial re-opening phase in July 2020. We had a great time, the hotel was very quiet which was nice. The pools are super clean and very beautiful. I love the funky designs and layouts of all of the pools. The beach club was good, good range of cocktails and nice happy hours. The rooms were spotlessly clean and looked after well. Luckily we had the ocean front room with jacuzzi on the balcony which we enjoyed very much. Very modern rooms. Breakfast was excellent, the poached eggs were fantastic. The staff were also very friendly and always wanted to help. I would like to thank all the staff for looking after us. We hope to visit again soon!

  Faultless

  Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and with the addition of the pool access, it was faultless. Unfortunately the resort let the hotel down. It was extremely quiet, and we saw very few other travellers. The beach in high season may be a highlight, but in the month of October it is rough sand and tide, and the red flag was always on display. Not appealing at all. If I could pick this hotel and its staff up and place in a slightly busier resort I dont think Id ever leave.

  Beautiful hotel but poor service

  Beautiful architecture and modern style, love the triangle concept. Breakfast selection was fantastic we seated at the garden view for our breakfast it was so peaceful. Overall was great experiences....been to this area twice... one at La Flora and this time I chose to stay here. Only one big thing that you need to improve is your service, not impressed at the first time and this time even worst.....hotel industry is already struggling and if you still continue to provide this poor level of service soon enough no one gonna come visit. Mostly staffs seem doesnt really care to give service to their guest in all area. I need to walked to them to ask for service and thats made me feel like im a beggar. Never want to return back again service level is not worth it any baht here.
