  Small Gem of a B&B

  Luciana, the owner, makes this B&B your home. It is wonderfully located in the heart of San Pellegrino - the medieval heart/quarter of Viterbo. It is clean, the rooms are well-equipped with free wi-fi, air conditioning, good-sized bathrooms, and sound-proof windows (which you will need as it is on a well-traveled street). Once you close the windows, you get an excellent night's sleep on a very comfortable bed. There was more than sufficient storage space. The breakfast was wonderful (and Luciana asks what you would like so that she may possibly get it for you); it is either served indoors on a spacious table with a medieval setting, fireplace and all, or, on the terrace outside. Breathtaking views can be had if you are daring enough to climb the spiral staircase on this terrace to go up another level. It is quite charming and extremely affordable. Luciana makes it feel like a five star hotel!!! I would most certainly return.

  Home with a better view

  Luciana and Mauro could not have been more hospitable. They made sure we got through the Medieval town center to enjoy their care, hospitality and view. The personal details delight: jars of walking sticks and vintage umbrellas, the furniture that has been in the family and the time taken to know about each other.

  vey disappointed

  was looking forward to this b and b. room was small no wifi was available could not sleep at night due street noise (friday and saturday night) TINY bathroom no real breakfast except high calorie cakes oe sugary cereal list goes on Luciana tried to help re wifi but nothing worked

  Comfortable stay in the historic center

  The friendly couple at this b&b made our stay in Viterbo very pleasant. They advised on parking in advance, provided a quick check-in, and ensured we were comfortable. We stayed in the triple room on the first floor with a private bath and free wi-fi. The b&b is located in the historic center and we were lucky to find a food festival in the local piazzas. Despite the festivals, with the windows closed and the air conditioner on we slept well. The included breakfast was served on the terrazza and was typical Italian.

  Excellent Bed and Breakfast

  A good place to stay in this beautiful medieval city. A little hard to find and parking is difficult, but you can park afterwards in the city parking 500 metres away . Nice room , magnificent terrace where you can relax . Nice breakfast.
