  Housekeeping needs work

  I give this review 4 stars because we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am writing this review mid stay, so I haven't tried the breakfast yet so I am unable to comment. The bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness of everything out side of our room was excellent. Our room was clean with the following exceptions that show a clear lack of attentiveness by housekeeping. First there was a large but faint stain near the foot of the comforter on the bed. Second, One of the K-cups for the coffee maker was covered with a dried up coffee spill. Going back to the bed, that stain also looked like an old coffee spill that had been washed a few times but still lingered. The third and worst issue was that the toilet was not well cleaned. Most of it was spotless, but there was a bit of poo mark down deep, and when you lifted the seat, it was clear that there was no cleaning there for days of not weeks. In all fairness to the staff, I did not complain about any of these issues. Overall, I never felt dirty staying here. I would stay here again, however, housekeeping needs to pay more attention and raise their game. These details matter, especially the toilet.

  Clean, Great Breakfast, Good Rates

  We used the hotel to travel with a high school robotics team, were pleased, and would stay there again. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was ready on time and they had a nice selection of foods.

  Great place to stay

  The beds were very comfy. The hotel staff wore PPE and the rooms and public areas were very clean. Stayed before and would stay again. Missed the hot breakfast but that was covid related and they did offer bagged breakfast.

  Great

  I spent a quick night while in town for work- everything was great! Mike was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable! Best mattress Ive ever slept on! There was no breakfast or anything available- but I understand that with covid:.. hopefully next time I wont have to go to McDonalds!

  Guests are completely neglected

  I do not recommend this hotel. This is the only place in my entire life where I was completely neglected as a guest. Find a hotel that values their guests and makes sure they are supplied basic amenities.
