  muy buen hotel

  muy buen hotel economico y muy bonito decorado a la moda muy amables lo empleados muy limpio en sus facilidades y muy buen desayuno. Lo recomiendo para ir en familia o con una pareja muy bueno y les recomiendo que lo separen en la misma pagine del hotel sale mas econimico.

  Poor Front Desk and maintenence

  We stayed in this hotel as we needed to be at Baystate first thing in the am with a huge snow storm incoming, wish we could report better things. Got off the elevator and all you smelled was weed being smoked, the smell never left, in the room the shower would spray you as you used the sink area poor plumbing work, light in vanity well you'll see in photos and black mold around base of shower and wall. We checked out early to go home and the front desk attendant was so engrossed in his phone that he never even saw us there with arms full of luggage. Would consider staying elsewhere in the future. When our room was serviced they took all our used towels and left none to replace them. They did come back eventually to restock housekeeping knocked and walked right in, they did not even give us time to respond.

  Friendly staff -convenient

  We found the front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. They were good humored when our 2-year-old and 4-year-old kept calling them from the landline (the kids hadn't had prior experience with a landline). They also patiently answered our questions. While it would be nice if the hotel spaced guests out a little bit (no need to put them in adjoining rooms when the hotel is not near capacity) and if they brought back breakfast (paper bagged breakfasts aren't the same), we enjoyed our visit. It was nice to have use of a pool and the hotel is conveniently located to downtown and the highways. A short night away - but we had a great time exploring the museums, Forest Park, the riverfront bike path, and the downtown. Clean, accommodating hotel ... we'd go back!

  Nice place, rough staff

  My room was very clean, felt comfortable, and I have no complaints about that. One of the maintenance employees though (a short heavy set man) was quite abusive to multiple guests though. Any time a guest wasn't perfectly in line this guy seemed to blow up. He woke both myself and my wife up at 2am banging on the door across the hall. Sounded like he was telling them to be quiet but he's the one that woke us up. I also saw him go talk to some guests out back in the smoking area and heard his first words to them "what the F are you doing" You're in the service industry, even if someone is breaking a rule or doing something dumb, your job is to descalate. This guy acted like the angry Hall monitor and made my stay uncomfortable. I genuinely watched out for him to avoid him the whole weekend. Everyone else I encountered was perfectly fine.

  Not what I thought I had paid for

  Everything was OK. Just had a defective shower and door. Small bathroom and mini fridge froze everything placed inside of it. I thought I paid for more than what I received. I did not know of breakfast... which would have been great to know.
