  Bed and pillows

  The bed and the pillows are hard they're not comfortable other than that it was great and I would stay there again you fix they fix that problem I would have no problem staying there if you can fix the uncomfortable bed any uncomfortable pillows everything would be fantastic

  I really hate writing this review. We stayed in room 303 which is an executive King suite. We only stayed 2 nights. After the first day we came back to the room and noticed our room wasnt serviced at all. The bed wasnt made nor did we have fresh towels. We had to go down and get fresh towels from the front desk. The desk clerk said that due to Covid, theyre only servicing the rooms every three days other than when you check out after one or two days. There was no Continental breakfast. They give you a brown bag with a bottle of water and a granola bar. We accidentally spilled some water on the tile entry while feeding our dog. We used a small hand towel to wipe it up and turned it over and the towel was black. The comforter had stains on it as well as the wall behind the exit door. On Friday night when we checked in we used the south end entrance to enter the hallway to the elevator. The trash can just outside the door was overflowing so much that guests had to drop their trash behind the can. The same trash was there when we got back to our room on Saturday evening. We also noticed a motorcycle dirt bike parked next to the door with parts laying under it and a tarp over it. It appeared that it had been there for quite some time. Saturday evening when we came back to the room we tried to turn on the TV but it had no signal. My wife called the front desk and the young man came right to our room and replaced the power cord which was really nice to respond so quickly. Sunday morning we opened the curtains only to find a portion of a chicken nugget on the sill. There was no coffee service in the room. I understand about trying to lessen the exposure of the housekeeping staff to guests during Covid, but I think the problem here lies deeper with the lack of thoroughness with cleaning. It is my opinion that management is not monitoring quality of the cleaning staff. I also didnt feel like $99/night was an acceptable rate for what we got. We wont be staying at this hotel again when we come to visit family.

  Loved the 12pm checkout. Bag breakfast.pool.quite.and have pets. I stay for housing. And discounts are great. I would stay again. The employees are very nice. One remembered me that was great i recommend this to serveal

  The staff was very friendly but the room was nasty dirty! Took us over an hour to clean it enough to put our stuff down. No sanitation in the room at all was very scary in this time of Covid. Not the same as their sister hotels.

  Originally wanted to stay at Comfort Inn next door but it was booked so we Booked a one night stay for softball tournament here. Found the room photos online and called the front desk to verify that the rooms with two beds had a pullout couch as well (because we needed the couch). She confirmed that they did have the bed. So booked room online and I also requested third floor and extra pillows and blankets for pullout bed. Upon check-in I was told the third floor was full (wouldn't you put a guest with no preference on a different floor if another guest Requested third?) When we got to the room it did NOT have a pullout couch. Called front desk and she told me that only some rooms have the couch. After I told her I specifically called to verify before booking she told me I could call back and speak to manager the next day. Since all rooms were booked we had to have them send up extra blankets and use the bed pillows to make a bed on the floor. Besides that, the comforters were stained, no coffee machine, room was cramped, tub was rusted, beds were somewhat hard, room was dark because one lamp wouldn't work. Definitely not a $100 room. Completely unsatisfied with my stay. Save your money and stay next door. Much nicer, more roomy and cleaner.
