  Una noches y solo si te gustan los perros

  Es nuevo, cómodo, limpio y el desayuno está bien, el problema es que son bienvenidas las mascotas y en la noche nos toco uno muy ladrador, tienes que ir con esa idea, otro huésped casi lo golpea, en fin, esta a tu consideración

  Hermoso y limpio

  El hotel está hermoso y limpió sin ninguna reclamación al respecto el servicio de limpieza es fantástico rápido y muy amable el desayuno perfecto Gracias pedimos toallas extras y nos las dieron de inmediato la muchacha nos dijo que cualquier cosa que necesitáramos solo le habláramos

  One of the best hotels in town.

  Due to the casino closures this is where we stayed for a funeral. We normally do stay at these chains because we like the service. This one did not disappoint, the lobby very clean, rooms were clean, and service was helpful when needed.

  Would NOT recommend to anyone

  We just checked out of the hotel. We would love to mention something positive but literally have nothing. The moment you drive up, youre greeted by a building that shows extreme damage everywhere. Theres construction all over the place. Theres dog poop EVERYWHERE outside. If you can get past the look of the building, you go inside and now get greeted with halls that are filthy, with visible dirt all over. Elevators didnt work. Now were having to haul out luggage and other possessions up the stairs. Now the room. Visible damage to the walls and furniture (e.g. wallpaper peeling off). The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone and everything. There were people slamming their door at 3am. This lasted for about an hour. Aside from the room damage, the actual bedding was disgusting. Pillows had multiple stains like it had not been washed. Then to top it off, we got overcharged. We made the reservation on the phone with their direct line. We were told $145 for everything, including taxes, fees, and puppy for one night. We show up and now are told its $165. We talk to the guy who greeted us and he tells us that hes going to honor the $145. However, when we check out, the new guy in charge says $165. We explained to him that this is not what we were quoted and that the total was $145. His response? Sorry, nothing I can do. I can tell the guy from last night that he cant change the price but the total is still $165. Worst customer service and no attempt to even make the situation better. We definitely DO not recommend this property to anyone. The town itself is not worth paying $160+. All other La Quintas had quoted us $85. We ended up staying here because we could not drive anymore from exhaustion. However, I wish we would have kept driving a bit more to get as far from this place as possible where our experience would have been better and half price. Look elsewhere. Trust us

  HOTEL IS NOT BAD MANGAGER IS HORRIBLE

  So we checked in at 1230pm no issues whatsoever. We booked with points but the lady at the desk said their system was down and we couldn't use points. No problem we will just pay for the night. The lady explained that it would be 149 dollars and change for the night. We gave our card and signed paperwork got checked in and we went to work. Got off work came back to hotel ate dinner and went to sleep. At midnight we were woke up to someone banging on the door. Opened the door and was told that our card was denied. Went down stairs and was told that it was 179 plus tax. At this point I was upset that one we were woke up at Midnight for this instead of handling it first thing in the morning, second that the charge was different than what we were told at check in. So I am trying to figure out why it is different than what we were told and explained that I was calling wyndham in the morning to complain and we were told at that point we had to leave. The manager was being rude over the phone and cussing us then we finally said fine we will get our stuff and leave he told us we only had a few mins to get our stuff and get out. While we were packing up the police came and said they were there to escort us off the property. The police were actually really understanding. I even asked the officers to come up to the room so I would have witnesses that nothing was taken or tore up just because of how this manager was already acting I did not want to leave any reason for this guy to try and charge me for anything else. I had already booked another reservation for the next week at this hotel and was told i would be charged for the first night of that reservation as well, when i asked for it to be canceled. Completely disgusted with how we were treated at this location. The people we dealt with at the desk were absolutely amazing it was just the manager or owner that treated us badly.
