  Over the top, exceeded expectations

  I stay at this hotel every time i come to Cullman which is about 4-5x a year. I absolutely love this place and will never stay anywhere else in Cullman. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is great quality considering its a hotel gym. Peggy and Rebecca are amazing! They are super personable and kind. Truly made my stay pleasant and comfortable. 10/10. Highly recommend! Top tier hotel and staff, including housekeeping and janitors!

  Refreshing weekend

  We visited for a friends sons wedding. Great location, staff was very nice and room was great! The free breakfast was more than expected, not your usual hotel breakfast. We decided to stay an extra night and the front desk staff was very helpful and made it happen without changing rooms

  Mediocre...

  Checked in to a room with dirty sheets that looked like they had not been changed after prevoius guests. Dirty floors and cobwebs in corners. Asked to be moved, apparantly no other rooms available. Asked for new sheets, and they were provided, but we also asked fo rservice on both of days there to get the cleanlinss corrected. Both days after returning to hotel, room was not serviced. We were told it was because we had our DND on the door, which we did until 9am. We even contacted the desk before we left each day to let them know we needed service, and that we were gone for the day, and still not serviced. Upon check out, I was told that I would receive "Points" towards another stay as compensation for my inconvenience. I have not received anything regarding this. After being a manager for several hotels over the last 20 years, I can tell when and establishment does not value its guests. This was one of those times. After reaching out to the manager via telephone, and a review through Booking.com, I have yet to have any correspondance or follow up from the hotel management.

  Excellent

  Amazing front desk attendant, she knows who she is!! always makes me feel like a VIP. I work in the ER at CRMC monthly and she always accommodates me with the most quiet room regardless of my arrival time! I wish I remembered her name, I hope she reads this because she will know who Im talking about. Excellent! Extremely clean rooms as well.

  Treated Like Family

  very friendly and helpful staff in a clean pet-friendly motel. Was in town for tragic reasons and the staff was helpful in accommodating my rescued pet. This place is very clean and welcoming, plus the breakfast was pretty darn good to boot! The staff and facility will be my new home-away-from-home when I visit Cullman.
