  hermoso, excelente.

  hotel limpio , nuevecito, hermoso, estuvimos solo unas horas , tiene un creckel barre , cerquita, todo precioso, el desaytuno pues continental asi que no hay mucho que decir pero la gente muy amable, todo excelente.

  Rooms STINK

  I have stayed at many many La Quinta, and this shouldn't even be considered a Motel 6 except beds are more comfortable.....the room smelled so strongly and other rooms did too of cigerette smoke it was nauseating and gave me a migraine.... The entry way was so narrow I, who am 5'3" and weigh 130 pounds barely fit through the entry hall and having a suitcase was next to impossible.... The bed, though, was comfortable...

  Great room

  We stayed here a month ago and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Manager apologized profusely. This time spoke to General Manager to book and he promised me he would personally check our room out before we checked in. It was wonderful! No hint os cigarette smoke whatsoever! Thank you Marc and staff. Why I did not rate 5 stars was because ice machine is STILL broken on first floor as it was a month ago.

  nice front desk staff but dirty

  I arrived in the early afternoon & two front staff were working. Both women were polite & friendly & got me checked in w/o any issue. The front lobby was clean enough but as I made my way down the hall a very strong odor/chemical smell was lingering. As I checked my room I noticed that the hall had a lot of debris and such on the floor. Misc candy, trash, bleach stains and whatnot. Once in the room I noticed it had a very strong, over powering smell of deodorizer. It reminded me of that one office worker who has a glad plug-in at every outlet while simultaneously has 3 different scented candles burning. Instant headache. I also noticed the floor had a film on it as I walked across the tile. Each step of my shoe left a noticeable mark. It reminded of the film you find on a fast food kitchen floor, slick but not slippery, from all the grease. Paint was also flaking from the bathroom ceiling, looking dirty. I notified the front staff and was moved to a different room. While waiting for the elevator I noticed the laudry area had trash overflowing. Once upstairs I also noticed that laundry trashcan was also overflowing. Once In the 2nd room I used the bathroom due to a 5 hour trip. Nature called and upon flushing, nature was leaking out around the bottom of the toilet flange, chunks of nature... Very gross. I also noticed the floor had a film on it, like in the first room. The tile is either poorly cleaned or they use a cleaner that leaves a heavy film. I called the front desk and was moved into a 3rd room. The 3rd room was fine, the beds were nice enough and the sheets appeared clean. When leaving the facility I saw the trashcans outside were overflowing and there was cigeratte butts, trash, gum on the concrete and there were stains on the outside of the walls. Extremely filthy. Nice front staff but lacking cleanliness. Several other hotels in the area for the same price, try elsewhere.

  Springs Visit

  Jennifer at the front desk was a DOLL! She definitely knew her job because she was quick efficient and was so sweet. She made the booking process and everything stress free! I cannot thank her enough!
