  Hotel review

  We spent the weekend and couldn't be more pleased. Absolutely no complaints. Water was hot and bed was perfect. Room was wonderful and the staff was great. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

  We enjoy Laquinta in Davenport because its close to our favorite restaurants and shopping places. They also accommodate pets. We continue to go back 1-3 times a year for pleasure and to enjoy a weekend out of town.

  Very Clean, People are great there

  Property is very clean, has breakfast, easy check-in, very large pool, rooms are clean, control your own heat/air, staff is very friendly. There is an elevator as well if you need to use a cart to get in your luggage which helps a ton.

  My overall stay was very pleasant. I enjoy my visits every time, the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and inviting. The pool area was clean. I enjoy the events that are thrown in the conference center. The conference center was clean as well. I was very happy with everything.

  Poop, Poop, Everywhere!

  We didn't have a good experience at this hotel. There's so much, but nobody wants to read it all, I'm sure. We were here for a fight promotion, and went through 3 rooms (all with feces either on the toilet, on toilet paper, OR hair in the tub...) trying to find one that wasn't a disaster. What a debacle. The first 2 rooms both had FECES in the bathroom. I couldn't believe it! After complaining about the first one, and being assigned to a second room -- there was fecal issues in the second room (and some spots on the sheets, and mouth stains on the window... but my pictures don't do it justice). By the third room, we only found massive amounts of hair in the tub, on the floor and in the drain. Looking back I can't believe we stayed there, regardless. If my entire family and friends weren't there, we would have left, pronto. Mind you, as I was complaining about MY room, another woman was on her cellphone telling someone how she could NOT stay at this filthy hotel. The funny thing is when my sister checked in the next day, they assigned her to the first room we were assigned to the day prior - AND THEY HADN'T CLEANED IT!!! My sister found poo on the toilet paper (we hadn't initially found that). So imagine using that toilet paper on your own body, with someone else's feces in it. Shocking that they did not clean it after we REPORTED it. Anyway, at the end, we talked to the manager who (child in tow), didn't seem really receptive to complaints. She gave us something like 10% off the rooms, and wasn't too friendly about it. Unfortunately the fight promotion is using this same hotel, but we will not be staying in it.
