  we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms is very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly and always smiling.. i really would love to come again the beach is amazing and the water sports team is really nice. we enjoyed the disco at night

  Nice vacation

  Perfect view, amazing place but the only thing that I disappointed from is the sea ground was not good & not allowed me to enjoy swimming in it. Looking forward for better than that. ..... At all i can say that I enjoyed in this place.. Thanks Regards Islam

  Very bad hotel

  Actually I think it's not 5 star or 4 star hotel anyway. every thing is too bad. starting from check in , i spent more than 90 min. to take my room once reached there. rooms not well cleaned , infrastructure is too used , not renovated. restaurants are very poor , food taste is bad , no variety , quantities are too low , not adequate for the number of guests. no food safety rules are applied , staff in restaurants with very dirty uniform. number of staff is not enough to serve ontime. really very bad experience !

  A very bad experience

  This was a terrible experience starting from the check in that took nearly 5 hours to give us a room ... not to mention that the first 2 rooms they gave us was already in use and i found someone in his underwear with his wife !!!! SHAMEFUL!!!! The receptionist start yelling at people because all of them were complaining from the occupied rooms the hotel gave them ... Its called five stars hotel ( deserve less than 1 star ) but actually it only have 5 cockroaches waiting us in the bathroom and the corridor!!! We ordered triple beds room and the room had only 2 beds and the extra bed came after 5 hours. Furthermore it only have one pool which i found small considering the number of visitors.

  Used to be great now not so much

  Our check in experience was short but brusque. We have visited in previous years for birthday or anniversary and it went smoothly. Not sure whats going on this year but the level of service, attention, and facilities is sub par and Im being nice. When you pay above 300+ per night for a room you expect certain things and this was experience was short of an 89.00 per night stay at an interstate motel. We chose to stay at the beach house and room 444, because its usually the quietest and nicest area but this time oh boy. Our room had sticky floors, ants everywhere, and roaches in the bathroom. I came home w a rash and each time we were in the room I was getting eaten alive by something. The amenities in the room went from very good to now they didnt even have body lotion but were quick to have tons of things you could pay for. Of note I would have paid for lotion and had I known I would have brought some. The shampoo and conditioner I doubt they are what they say they are because they failed at their job in the worst way. The housekeeper (particularly the Rude Russian lady) completely ignore do not disturb signs and kept knocking aggressively in the morning asking if she could come to clean the room. Decided to open the door in my undies to prove the damn point that the sign was there for a reason and we were not ready yet. However the cleaning job was horrible as the sticky section by the snack area remained sticky during our entire stay and am sure still remains to this day. By the way they come around to vacuum the hallway at around 8:30-9:00 so dont expect to sleep in either. The restaurant staff is poorly trained. We sat at a high top during a non busy time waiting for service for about 10 minutes when we decided to go place an order with the bartender. Then the waitress came out dropped food and never came to ask how it was. And we wish she had because it was horrible. Downright the worst experience weve had there and will not be back. Our last day we ordered room service. The coffee was spilled everywhere, delivered cold and not even a Im sorry I fell with the tray and messed everything up, let me get you another one everything was cold like they didnt plan it right because only the tea water was the only thing scalding hot. I asked for a bowl of strawberries and they sent blueberries instead and when I called to ask for a switch they said (and Im not joking) oh well we thought it would be the same for you! They are good try them! No. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER CURRENT MANAGEMENT, STAFF AND ROOM CONDITIONS.
