  Staycaction marvellous

  What a treat from the time we arrived,staff excellent. Food choices and taste marvellous. The rooms are spacious and well presented with a large bathroom including walkin shower and bath. Will certainly visit again.

  Fab Staycation

  Excellent mid week overnight stay with a lovely glass of welcoming bubbly and a most superb dinner. Couldnt believe surf and turf was on the menu on this Quids in deal - delicious. Hardy room for scrumptious breakfast next day! Sumptuous surroundings and felt really Covid safe . Great value at £140. My husband and I can highly recommend it

  Wonderful hotel

  We recently enjoyed a staycation special offer at the Hotel La Place which included drinks upon arrival, meal in the evening and full breakfast before leaving. The hotel is absolutely amazing, from the beautiful decor to the wonderful service that each and every member of staff gave us. The rooms are very tasteful and could not be faulted - the evening meal was delicious as was the breakfast and we were very sad not to be staying for longer. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends and hopefully we'll be back ourselves for another visit very soon.

  Would definitely recommend - Staff go above and beyond, cottage was incredible and food was delicious

  I recently stayed in Camelia cottage for 11 days, self isolating. I couldn't imagine a better place to have spent this time. As well as space, style and a comfortable environment to work remotely and chill, Hotel La place provides the option of either self catering or ordering through the hotel's room service. A special mention for the seafood salad and steak sandwich, which meant I ordered from the menu much more than I originally intended. Christine and Alina went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as it could be. Driver was friendly too. My stay couldn't have been better

  Weekend Get-Away

  (Local couple review) Highly recommend La Place. We had a weekend overnight stay at it was absolutely amazing. From the room, to the service we couldnt have asked for more. We drive past the hotel daily on our commute and had no idea what a gem laid behind the granite walls. We will 100% be coming back. If you can I recommend room 112, it has a lovely seating area outside which leads into the pool. A special mention to Paulo who was exceptional at dinner service. Thank you La Place got a relaxing break.
