  El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a pasos del museo madame tussaud y de la estacion Baker street que te permite llegar a todos lados. Tambien paradas de bus. Caminando unas diez cuadras llegas a picadilly y a otros tantos lugares interesantes , la ubicacion es genial. El desayuno super abundante por ser en Londres que generalmente los desayunos son mas restringidos. La habitacion excelente nos dieron la suit picadilly en planta baja, extemadamente comoda con todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable. Super recomendable.

  En el centro de Londres, Bien comunicado, al lado de Madamme Trousseau y cerca de una estación de metro. Es acogedor, con un aire antiguo acorde con el barrio. El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. No hablan castellano. Desayuno ingles servido en mesa.

  Lovely hotel, warm welcoming and clean

  Great location, comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff. Lost of restaurants nearby, easy walk to Oxford St and Tube. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Shower was lovely. The only thing was the double bed kept separating into two beds.

  Rude staff. Broken air-con. No hairdryer.

  The middle-aged male front desk staff on the first night was impatient and complaining that I was causing him extra work to do when I asked for a change of room because the air-con was not working. The other room was better but the ventilation fan in the bathroom was very noisy the whole night to the extent that I could not sleep. There was no hairdryer in my room and the male staff was extremely rude and annoying when I suggested they buy some extras. He said they got some adapters for guests but got missing all the time, so he could not help with that. It was ridiculous of him to lose his temper and keep on arguing defensively. It should be the hotel's responsibility to ensure that guests have a good stay but not asking the guests to deal with the issues they do not want to solve. If I was not hurrying for an early train the next morning, I would have changed to another hotel - the room was expensive and cost over 150 pounds per night but the service and facility were very, very terrible and disappointing. The bed sheet was itchy while the curtains were full of dust. The shower enclosure was super small - I am quite slim but still had difficulty getting out of it. There was no lift so you had to carry your luggage upstairs. Remarks: The restaurant staff (a young man) was nice. The lady at the front desk the next evening was helpful too.

  Good location, but showing its age.

  Nice location about two blocks south of Regents Park. All of the staff were friendly. Like a lot of places in London it could use a new coat of paint and some updates. My WiFi only worked if I stood next to the door in my room, and the hot water was of variable pressure. Breakfast was included, in a small basement room, but nothing to write home about. There is a small attractive bar/lounge area.
