Good locationMy wife and I stayed here for two nights whilst out and about at various locations, staying at the Hotel Pineda was good, on arrival we used the reception at the entrance and the young lady was very polite and helpful, even providing us with the different plug adapter that we needed, what was strange compared was you park if front of your room which was very good if you have luggage in a car. The room was larger than I was expecting with fridge, television which we never used and safe, storage space was more than adequate. The bathroom was a bit more compact with quite a small shower area but how much time do you spend in there ....not a lot, breakfast is continental selection which is not unusual for Europe but I enjoyed it. We slept very well in the enormous bed so was nicely refreshed, there is some nice grounds in the entrance which was nice. Would we stay here again, we most certainly would, plus its only about a 15 to 20 minutes drive to Malpensa airport.

Very bad staff, children are not welcome! We came with a child of 5 years old and staff canceled our booking, because they have a stupid rules of not keeping children older than 2 years at same room with parents! He said I should rent 2 rooms - 1 for me and child and another for my husband! I tried to pay more for staying there, because I had event right in front of hotel, they just said - check out now!!! Staff was rude! I never met such behavior in hotels, and they call them self 4* hotel, it is just awful!

TerribleStayed overnight after travelling on a cold rainy day late October, the room was freezing cold, asked twice for some heat, told use the extra blanket in cupboard, 12degrees is ridiculous not the have heating on. the dinner offer did not seem appealing so thought they surely can do a decent pizza, how wrong can you get it was soggy and the supposed Italian sausage on it looked like dog meat and was raw inside, spent a sleepless night as walls between the rooms are paper thin, you do not need the to hear the next rooms ablutions. To add further insult no hot water to shower in the morning. The breakfast was very poor, do avoid this hotel although the reports on the website we booked with praised it, I am sure that they are not true comments from guests, we will certainly take this up with them.

Recommended for a stopoverStayed here on a business trip. The room was spacious, clean and the shower was good. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is a little unusual if you're a Brit, but there were croissant, rolls, cheese, ham and yogurt. Fresh coffee on offer too. The restaurant is good. They appear to be renowned for their pizza and we noticed quite a busy local trade, which is always a good sign. Only downside, mosquitoes - loads of pine trees in grounds, which are very attractive but I understand mozzies love them. I did get bitten, despite the Jungle Formula. Wouldn't recommend for a weeks holiday because its not near enough to visitor sites, but as a touring stopover - great.

Only for business , avoid stay at weekendsAll food here ,spacious room , good amenities , car park right upto your room , and great location of you plan to have meetings within the industrial area next door. But one big advise to all is in case you dont have a car then DO NOT stay here over a weekend. None of the restaurants either close by or within are open thanks to the Italians taking the day off on Sunday . At the suggestion of the receptionist (the only soul in sight ) I downloaded the deliveroo app and ordered food for my lunch since it was late and also expensive just to take a cab to get to town centre The good side was I was able to get down to finishing my incomplete work and get some quite rest. Although in the evening I did fall into the temptation of taxiing up to the Town centre and have a drink . Breakfast was average but hey , at the price I paid it could be a treat .! Nothing to complain
