    Buen alojamiento

Muy buen hotel. Excelente servicio y buena comida.

    Wonderful Tyrolean style hotel

The food was varied and very good bot for breakfast and dinner. Providing sandwiches on our transfer day was a nice touch. The wellness centre deserved a special mention - it's very new and built to the highest specification. We really liked it a lot. Our room was a superior room (102) and was fine albeit quite dated. The heating was just about okay. The wine choice was reasonable but quite expensive. As a skier, the link to the main resort is too far to walk and the buses are quite infrequent. A shuttle service is really required. We very much liked the boot heater in the ski room. We did watch one football match in the bar but really the screen could be a lot bigger. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would visit again.

Returning once again, felt like coming home!

Once again, we simply cant fault the incredible welcome of the Mussner family and the wonderful team at Hotel La Pineta. The hotel, family run, goes above and beyond in ensuring a comfortable and homely stay. We really enjoyed the recently refurbished room on third floor - beautiful views over the valley, very comfortable beds, soft bed linen and super stylish bathroom. The housekeeping service was superb; fresh towels and beds made and room tidied/cleaned daily. The decor really caters for the skier - ample space to hang ski coats, sallopettes etc. Dinner at La Pineta is just superb high end restaurant quality food. 4 courses available each night, always offering variety and local flavours. Our daughter, age 7, especially loved the variety the salad bar offered and the hearty pasta dishes. Breakfast was always plentiful and fresh coffee and eggs prepared promptly. We really enjoyed the service and hospitality of Gian Paulo the barman. What that man doesnt know about grappa isnt worth knowing! He shows such dedication and pride in his work in this comfortable and modern Tyrolean bar. The wellness does deserve special commendation. Its simply heavenly. Modern spa with ample day beds for dozing after a long day on the slopes. Weve already booked for next year. We hope we can rebook the same room! Only one problem for 2020 - Crystal Ski and Tui have changed the Manchester flight times meaning we wont arrive into resort until 10pm minimum, meaning we will miss La Pinetas beautiful Saturday night steak dinner! Love to Paprika the cat. Kate, Andy and Lois Bowker.

    Fantastic hotel, great staff

We've just returned from a one week stay at La Pineta, booked via Crystal. The entire trip was fantastic, the food was superb with a good range of choices using high quality ingredients. The wine list is extensive and well priced and the waiting staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which was spacious and clean with a large shower and balcony with views of the mountains. The bar area was great for pre and post dinner drinks and the barman was excellent, very attentive and made delicious drinks. My only improvement would be to have slightly earlier breakfast and dinner times, both opened from 7.30 but opening from 7 would be convenient when doing tour op day trips which have early starts. Thanks to the Mussner family and all the staff, a brilliant hotel that I'd happily return to.

    Christmas Ski Trip

Our first visit to the Dolomites and what a revelation. Stayed at the lovely La Pineta where the benefits of a small family run hotel were felt from the moment we arrived. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Food is varied and hearty - perfect fuel for sliding down the surrounding mountains on skis. The wine list offers some modestly-priced interesting wines. Service has been excellent - (even making sandwiches for our trip home). The ski area has been a wonderful change from our usual diet of Val disere and Trois Vallees. I suspect we were spoilt with the weather - i recommend a dump of snow just before you arrive. Restaurants on the slopes are so much better than their French counterparts and we discovered a mid-morning glass of cheerfulness in fhe form of Bombardino (think alcoholic liquid custard in a glass). The infrequency of bus service has not been an issue and the ski home along the path is perfectly pleasant. Thank you for having us.
