El peor hotel de la historiaEste es sin duda el peor hotel en el que he estado: un servicio poco preparado, mal educado, sin ninguna intención de ayudar en nada nos fastidió por completo las vacaciones. No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

No no never again!!My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel on the 24th of August at around 11:00am. We did the check in and went up to the room. I would like to thank housekeeping department. They were superquick and never disturbed us. I will now explain why i gave this vote to the hotel: I work in the hospitality sector and I know what a good service and what expectations a customer has. I don't expect it to be like a 5 stars service but courtesy and good manners must be everywhere! My complain is towards Gill, the morning receptionist(maybe the owner) not once did he simile, say thank you, please, good morning ecc The day of the check out I did not receive a thank you...how was your stay...nothing at all. Normal standard in any hotel, and if in this hotel education is not a standard, you won't be open for long. He was there with his hand open waiting for the keys. That was his only aim of the day, getting that key back. If you don't like hotel life, dealing with guest then don't do this kind of job!! The rudeness I found from this man is outrages. People don't book this hotel because its famous, because they can use fidality points, because it's the only hotel in nice. People book because its cheep and close to everything. People like courtesy! They like to feel welcome! Your rooms are small, the shower doesent close properly and the bath floods, the window only opens half of what is supposed to open, the wifi doesent work well and need to move around the room to find the signal. But if I had found nice mannars like I did from the blonde lady and the night receptionist I would reccomend it to all of my friends. I'm sorry but in Nice there are many hotels, trust me don't book here!

Typical 3 Star HotelAfter reading some of other reviews elsewhere I had my doubts about this hotel however, I think it's fair to say that having spent 3 nights there I believe it is simply a standard 3 star hotel which does not pretend to be anything else. Our room and bathroom were clean and fresh and cleaned daily. Good air-con. TV received CNN. No tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was typical continental with croissants, bread, meat, cheese, cereal, juice and hot drinks. Female staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location about 200m from an abundance of quiet bars and restaurants and a 10/15 min walk to the old town. We booked out at 11am but kept our cases at the hotel after spending our last day wandering around Nice. Ideal for a short stay - just don't expect too much

A place to aviodWe did not get what was advertised when we committed to the booking. We paid the full amount as required when we arrived prior to seeing the room. We found the following: The air-conditioner dripped water into the room this water dripped onto our clothes. We were woken by the noise of water dripping. As a result had no air-conditioning to use for the rest of the night. When reported the problem in the morning we were told it was a known problem. Unlocking doors was difficult as the keys seemed to jam. Staff were rude when asked for assistance. Other guests had the same problem with their doors. The refrigerator had all door shelves missing, its internal control knob was broken off and its power cord was not plugged in to a power outlet. The advertised view comprised a rooftop with air-conditioning units. and another accommodation building. The room had rotting skirting boards adjacent to the bed. The room was advertised as having a desk however there was none. The room was quite small and a desk would not have fitted. Two polite emails to the hotel providing them details of what was experienced has not been responded to and three weeks have passed since the first email. The worst night in our 5 weeks away, in lower cost accommodation.
