  Honeymoon

  Me and my husband just got back from Elba, we stayed at this hotel for a week for our honeymoon. The bar staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant, although a man who worked on reception desk was not, my husband asked for 2 coffees for us 1 afternoon and was told simply 'no breakfast is finished' apart from that our room was clean and spacious we had sea view room with balcony and the view was amazing. Check out was disappointing, we expected a small bill for using the mini bar in our room for water but we were handed a separate 80 euro bill aswell for 'club services' we didnt understand what this meant and reception staff could not explain it to us in english so we had to pay it, we only used the pool area 3 times (which is amazing!) and the changing of towels every morning was all included in the price when we booked the hotel so we were very confused about what club services meant. With them knowing that we were arrving for a honeymoon for the week we expected more of an effort from the hotel maybe at least complementary flowers or chocolates in our room but we did not receive even a warm welcome on arrival, the man on reception simply handed us our key cards for our room and told us where the lifts were. Other than that the hotel is good but wont be back.

  A great hotel with nice view.

  The pool was fantastic, nice view over the valley. Clean and well maintained. The hotel had rooms with and without see view. All rooms seems to be OK, ours was. Nice personnel, very friendly. The breakfast was good, but they could have explained that you can order extra from the menu.

  Excellent

  Absolutely incredible hotel! The staff are amazing, the rooms are perfect: clean, clean, spacious, all comforts available and we were lucky enough to have a terrace with sea view . Absolutely recommended ! Keep up the amazingly good work!

  Average hotel

  We stayed for one night. It is a very big hotel and we got like a small single room house next to the pool and parkinglot. Beach is in walking distance from hotel. Staff at hotel not very serviceminded and fx not inform if we could rent towles at the beach. They did not offer towelservice. We had dinner at the hotel. The normal standard where you select from a list with a few disches. Quality OK - but price high. The room was nice. We only stayed one night.

  Great place for a rest!

  I stayed here for 4 nights. Really nice family friendly hotel. My room was clean and had a nice view of bushland setting and the sea. The pool was great nice and large with lots of things and activities for kids. They had toilets and change rooms around the pool as well as a bar. The beach is about 500 metres away and you can hire a chair. Do it for half day for 15 Euro. The dining area is large and they offer half board but the 5 course was far too large for me at 30 Euros. However the star of the dining room Giuseppe allowed me to have what I wanted and charged me a la cart. Then on the day I was leaving early in the morning he gave me a coffee and croissant before the breakfast was open! A wonderful asset to the hotel! Warm and friendly person. I will say I had to go visa booking service to book and paid top price. I couldnt book via the hotel website because for some reason it wouldnt let me put dates into the system. Suggest if you want to book go direct ! Call them!
