  Ubicación perfecto

  Bonito hotel bien decorado y muy tranquilo. El personel, muy amable y atento para ayudar. La habitación está un poco petit y falta un calentador de agua para café y té, será muy útil. Tambien falta agua para beber en la habitación será un detalle. Hay ascensor y el parking esta cerca.

  wonderful hosts

  Our family of two adults, two teenagers spent a week at Hotel La Marisa. It was wonderful. The hosts worked tirelessly to ensure that my husband, who is disabled, had access, for example, to an accessible area for breakfast. Friendly, warm hosts - strongly recommend

  A Wonderful Hotel and a Most Pleasant Experience

  My husband and I stayed at the Hotel La Marisa for 9 nights earlier this month. What a wonderful little hotel. It was a minute from the beach and a few minutes from the local shopping area. Our room was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our continental breakfast in the lovely back garden. The owners were the most pleasant hoteliers we have ever met. When we found out that we could only take a certain bus trip across the Spanish border by booking online, as we do not own a mobile phone/computer, Frederic kindly booked the bus tickets for us. The lobby, which is a mini-library was just so relaxing and peaceful in the evenings. The lobby lights would go down and electric candles come on instead. I loved sitting on one of the comfy leather armchairs in the lobby, with my eyes closed, listening to the most wonderful chill-out music I have ever heard. It was a great way to chill out after a days sight-seeing. We cannot recommend this lovely little hotel enough. Hotels can make or break a holiday and this really made our visit to lovely St-Jean-de-Luz extra special. Thank you.

  Great stay, perfect location

  Excellent location for a beach stay in St Jean de Luz. A very clean, well-kept hotel. Rooms are lovely and small, with a beautifully renovated bathroom and wonderful smelling soap/shampoo. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. No refrigerator in our room but there are ones other rooms (possibly due to size). Staff were very hospitable. There is a lovely sitting area and coffee/juice available anytime. I dont think breakfast was worth 12 because while it was good and convenient - it was the exact same every day. Fresh juice and coffee, bread, croissant, cheese, thick-cut Serrano ham (very tough to eat when so thick), fruit cocktail, prunes, cereal. Some variety would have been nice. It doesnt seem to be a kid-friendly hotel so check with them before you book. Hotel is perfectly situated within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, shops, grocery store, market, and a 10-minute walk to the bus/train station. I would recommend this hotel.

  Great hotel in a great location

  Lovely spot in town with friendly staff who gave us great recommendations. Clean and tidy rooms, beautifully decorated. Wifi was okay, worked sporadically but did the job. Easy parking close by. A great place to stay.
