Si regresamos a Venecia, volvemos a La Marignana...

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had a wonderful stay! This is a house with three beautiful guest rooms in a lovely villa in a suburb of Venice. The house was spotlessly clean, and the owner -Ondina- catered to our every need. My husband and I have multiple food intolerances, and Ondina made sure that we had food that we could eat and enjoy for breakfast -served in her peaceful garden. Ondina was kind enough to take us to the train station to Venice in the morning, and pick us up from the train station in the evening. She also suggested places for us to visit. (By the way, the train ride to Venice itself was only about 25 minutes and cost just a few euros. It was very convenient.) We would not hesitate to stay here again as Ondina was so warm and welcoming and treated us like old friends. We highly recommend staying here!!

Convenient for a Short stay only !!!Having used B&B many times in the UK, my expectations were obviously different than what is an accepted norm in Italy it seems. A nice and comfortable stay of course, but could be better. This accommodation is very nice, clean and well made. The house is very beautiful and decorated with artefacts from around the world which the wonderful owner will show you proudly. The ground floor room allotted to me was quite big however with restrictions of using the kitchen. The wifi works great. The breakfast could be better. There is parking which is safe. I had 2 issues however during my stay. My room didn't have a window with outside view. There was only a small window which was covered all the times as it opened towards the sitting room of the owner. So it was a bit claustrophobic for me. The bed was not very comfortable and sagging in the middle which gave me a back ache for a few days. The illumination in the room is also very old and quite less. Not even enough for reading a book. Another issue was that the property is accessed through a tiny dirt road. I had a car with me and had to open the main door myself on each entry and exit from the house. As it was rainy season during my stay, my shoes and trouser would get soiled with the sandy water each time when I came and went. I feel there should be an option and the owner must inform you that the room doesn't have a window then you could maybe decide to live upstairs which I understand during my stay was free but not given a choice. I would think twice before booking again due to these minor issues which certainly can be improved.
