  keep on looking - there are much better options!

  It smelled, hot water or hardly any water for that matter, staff is very unprofessional, windows did not close, very loud as most rooms face the busy street and is near some local bars, the internet did not work in our room - we were told it only works in some rooms or on the third floor, I tried it was super slow, also it was in a really bad and inconvenient part of town no taxi wanted to go and take us back from other parts of town, not near anything, the room or service is nothing like what is promised.

  overpriced hostel with not much to offer...

  Taxi pick up was included is a joke... we were picked up in a taxi with zero trunk space plus we had to squeeze the staff in the car along with the taxi driver. The staff complained we brought too much luggage. We each had a backpack and suitcase which was piled up in the front seat and in the back with me. The hostel is dark and dingy and has a weird smell the whole time. Windows did not close and there are lots of street traffic noise and some loud bar party that goes on next door or outside in the street. The surrounding area did not seem safe and every street smelled like *#$(... this hostel does not have much to offer. Forget taking a shower... there is virtually no water pressure... just some cold water dribbling from the shower head. Was told to let the shower run 5 minutes for hot water.... well hot water never came. Internet does not work. It was very hard to find a cab to take us back to this part of town. For the same price you can get a decent hotel in the historic area of Lima. Breakfast was instant coffee and some fresh rolls with butter.
