  Bueno pero deben mejorar

  Buen hotel pero hubo problemas con el aseo y toallas al cuarto, supongo q por ser del 31 de diciembre al 4 de enero, deben mejorar en ese aspecto ya q habia q pedirlas varias veces, salvo eso todo bastante bien

  Bueno y con excelente ubicación

  Para ir con la familia es excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable. Cerca de todo. Staff muy atento y amable. Tal vez deberían modernizar un poco algunas cosas, pero también por eso tiene su charm. De ahí todo está cerca, pueden caminar y recorrer sin problema. El restaurante del hotel es bastante bueno. Creo que la relación costo-beneficio es bastante alta. Recomendable.

  Excelente ubicación. No es un hotel boutique pero muy bonito.habitaciones correctas. camas buenas. colchones bien.aire acondicionado bueno.limpio. personal muy atento.poco ruido para la zona donde está ubicado

  Quiet, central location, staff went above and beyond

  The room was bright and modern and air was fresh (too many hotels are musty but this was not at all). We loved the exposed brick and modern decor. The location was SO convenient-right in the heart of the French Quarter. Despite this being a big party area near heavily trafficked roads, the hotel was so quiet we were shocked! They take care of parking for you, although the garage is a few blocks away. Make sure to enter the parking garage through the shopping center if you can - the stairwells are a little dicey. The real standout of this hotel was the staff. John at the front desk went out of his way to help us. I asked for directions to our tour before I went to my room, and when I came down to leave, he had a map marked up and waiting for us. He also gave us several recommendations of things to do in our short 24-hour visit. Everything he told us to do was awesomewe were so glad we took his advice. We also got advice before we arrived from Melissa (I believe?) who steered us toward a ghost tour also a top-notch recommendation. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and courteous. For the price, location, and super helpful service, it can't be beaten.

  Beautiful but so much noise

  I asked my boyfriend for a hotel in the French Quarter with character and charm and this place delivered. That's the end of the positive. There is only 1 elevator which isn't really fair complaint I suppose but it was a bit of an annoyance - especially during Covid where it is one party per use. The real problem is that the walls and floors are paper thin. We could hear everything. EVERYTHING. Conversations, tvs, DOGS BARKING ALL NIGHT, voracious adult activities. You name it we heard it. I get that in a shared space like hotels there is a bit of noise to be expected, especially in a city known for a lot of alcohol consumption but this is beyond that. There is normal hotel noise, drunken hotel noise and then the noise we had to deal with here. Every step our upstairs neighbor took almost sounded amplified and kept us up all night. I feel bad for the poor girl who got in an argument with her roommates because we heard the whole thing. As charming as the aesthetic was I wouldn't stay again just because of the very very thin walls and floors. Also shower is set up weird and water gets all over the floor. Speaking of shower hot water runs out by 10 so don't sleep in if you want to have a hot shower that day! I suggest the hotel provide white noise machines for guests if insulated the entire place isn't an option.
